Application # XXXXXXXXX

Dear APPLICANT,

This refers to your application for permanent residence as a member of the Skilled Worker Class in Canada. Your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Section 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of IRPA.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of IRPA which states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Specifically, I have concerns that you misrepresented information regarding you immigration history.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five (5) years according to section 40(2)(a).

I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to submit additional information in this regard. Please respond by using the address in the signature block of this email and clearly indicate your application number for all correspondence. If responding by email, please scan and attach all documents to your email and indicate your application number in the subject line of your email.

If you do not respond to this request within thirty (30) days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

Hi Sir,

How they verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

I have already sent PCC along with the application, so does mean that my processing time should be less?

My HR told me someone visited already before PER, is it possible?

Hi I am new to this forum.
I am the same date applicant, CC charged on 6th January, and received PER on 29th January, and they said at the end of march you 2nd line will be updated.

May be below are the reasons...

Obtaining evidence for A40(1)(a)
The officer may obtain evidence for A40(1)(a) by collecting:
 proof of the misrepresentation (misrepresentation may also be referred to as “false
pretences”). This may include a false document, forensic laboratory evidence
certifying that a document is false, etc.;
 testimony from expert witnesses or an admission in the form of a statutory
declaration from the person concerned or witnesses;
 proof that the fact misrepresented was material to the decision rendered or being
contemplated; this is usually done in submissions, by reference to the relevant
provisions of the Act and Regulations. What must be shown is that the
misrepresentation was material to the question of determining admissibility, status
or removal. A statutory declaration completed by the officer addressing the issue(s)
may be considered as evidence;
 proof of the correct information and, if available, proof that the person concerned
was subjectively aware of the incorrectness of the misrepresented fact.
7.23. Obtaining evidence for A40(1)(b)
The officer may obtain evidence for A40(1)(b) by collecting:
 proof of the correct information and, if available, proof that the person concerned
was subjectively aware of the incorrectness of the misrepresented fact;
 proof of the misrepresentation (misrepresentation may also be referred to as “false
pretences”). This may include a false document, forensic laboratory evidence
certifying that a document is false;

if nothing has been hidden, inform them the same at the earliest and also ask them what they are exactly looking for. In that case, you have nothing to worry.
