Application # XXXXXXXXX

Dear APPLICANT,

This refers to your application for permanent residence as a member of the Skilled Worker Class in Canada. Your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.

Section 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of IRPA.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of IRPA which states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Specifically, I have concerns that you misrepresented information regarding you immigration history.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of IRPA. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five (5) years according to section 40(2)(a).

I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to submit additional information in this regard. Please respond by using the address in the signature block of this email and clearly indicate your application number for all correspondence. If responding by email, please scan and attach all documents to your email and indicate your application number in the subject line of your email.

If you do not respond to this request within thirty (30) days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

Wait till you receive a PER. Once you have received PER, send a CSE to your VO indicating the change of address but only after 2-3 weeks from PER receipt date as it CIC takes 2-3 weeks to transfer the file to local VO.
Thank you,but what is CSE?

kanu,

I must say your case is v unique, generally they CIC rejects if they can't charged your application fee.

By the way when did you submitted CC information to your consultant?

You try to contact CIC, please call between 8:30--9:30 am as per canadian time and try to get UCI number from them.

That's the only way to know ur status, rest all are specualtion..

I request other seniors to led some light on this peculiar case.

Thanks,
Yameen

WOwzzz... It surely is the first. A lot of people who got rejected due to payment issues would surely be envy of you.

Anyways, since your ecas status says in-process, you're safe. PER must be on its way.

Maybe its some problem at their end that they are not able to get the Draft encashed.
I submitted my responses to the consultant on 21st Feb. Hope they have sent it either at the same time or on Monday (23rd Feb). I have sent them an email to confirm the email sent date.

I will try calling CIC today. Anyone having their Number handy? with the options to be pressed?

Seems like NDVO wants us to enjoy our Daddy/Mummy time, I dont see anyone getting a DM/PPR who recently had a new addition to their family after applying for FSW. Especially May/June Applicants.

:P :P :P :P :P
