M happy to announce my PPR on the auspicious day of HOLI.....................!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad to receive the mail today morning though ECAS is still not updated......

Below is my timeline:

Application Reached: 14th May
PER: 2nd September
Medical req: 15th October
Meds done: 3rd Nov
Medical results received: 24th Nov
PPR: 4th March

How they verified your job location and work experience, did anyone from your company informed you about it. (Directly or indirectly)

if yes what information they asked about you for verification?

Also did they come for physical verification?

I have already sent PCC along with the application, so does mean that my processing time should be less?

Hello friends:

Finally!!!!! I have received my PPR email.

DM on March 4th
PPR on March 5th
VO: NDVO.

Thanks a lot to all of you lovely, helpful people. I pray that all of reach the destination soon.

Now my dilemma. I am in USA, but my VO is NDVO. Considering this I have two options to get my passport stamped:

1. Send my passport to India along with my wife. Is it legal to do so? If yes, do I need to handover authorization letter to my wife?

2. Request NDVO to send transfer my file to NDVO. Is it possible? If yes, how long of a delay shall I expect?

Please advise me on the prudent option.

Your insight is highly appreciated.

How did they contact your employer/ supervisor....as in email/call....

When did they contact your employer....as in after AOR or before PER

If you happens to know what questions they asked from the employer, you may share with us too...

I got my passport request today from NDVO today, but I sent a CSE that i wanted to add my spouse to my application 1 month ago, I got a reply asking for documents.

Now i got my Passport request. should I send passport along with spouse documents ?

Happy to inform that got PPR yesterday i.e. on 4th March but no update on status..

Will submit passports may be on saturday... below are my timelines

App date 16th May
PER 8th Sep
Med 11th Nov
Med received 4th Dec
PPR 4th March...

Need some information guys.

There is an overall CAP and individual CAP for all the NOC right. So I was wondering if the applicants from May, June, July, August, September all get their PR then does it increases the change of an October Applicant to be rejected at a later stage. As I still haven't gotten my PER email but found out my application number and saw the ECAS showing in process and only 1st line updated. So does this mean I am within their CAP coz I checked other threads and found that some people had called and got to know that for my NOC 2281 the CAP was reached at around 20 Nov 2014.
Any inputs Seniors???

Till now I had asked 3 questions in this thread but got no answer. But i'll die tryin ;D

Did you got your PER, if yes welcome to waiting club.
Most Probably Oct applicants may start getting MR from April End or 1st week of May vary from case to case.

NOC 2281 is capped some where in third week of NOV.
