My CC has been charged on 14-Feb-2015.

Dear Friends,

I got PCC request from New Delhi Visa office.

" From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India for you. This must be received at this office by 2015/04/11"

I always stayed in India but in different states of India. Do I need to collect PCC from all states or one PCC from Passport office is sufficient.
Any friend who faced similar issue or what is the normal trend?

Please suggest.

Finally!!!!! I have received my PPR email.

DM on March 4th
PPR on March 5th
VO: NDVO.

Thanks a lot to all of you lovely, helpful people. I pray that all of reach the destination soon.

Now my dilemma. I am in USA, but my VO is NDVO. Considering this I have two options to get my passport stamped:

1. Send my passport to India along with my wife. Is it legal to do so? If yes, do I need to handover authorization letter to my wife?

2. Request NDVO to send transfer my file to NDVO. Is it possible? If yes, how long of a delay shall I expect?

Please advise me on the prudent option.

Your insight is highly appreciated.

Actually, till my notice period of 3 months is over, which is about to complete on Apr 1...I am all with u.!! ;D ;D ;D

mostly thinking of landing in June and yes i have a question for u please help on this?

I m planning to land in JUNE and my husband vl b joining aftr 3 4 months so vl it be fine for us to land separately??

can i receive his PR card??? or aftr 3 4 months when he lands vl he b issued his PR card at that time???

24 Feb - Decision Made
25 Feb - Passport Request
4 March - Passport Back

I want to share one more thing . In 2013 my file was back due to cap reach. But by god grace all things goes to my way in 2014. So please do not loose hope in any situation . Just have patience.
