Yes you can get it clicked at VFS itself. They will charge Rs. 125 per applicant.

However, it is advisable that you call the VFS helpline and confirm that the VFS centre that you are planning to visit has this facility.

I submitted my passport at VFS Kolkatta and they have this facility.
