Hi All, I need some urgent help.

I submitted my medicals in Jan 2015 and still waiting for ppr. I need to split my name in passport now urgently as my complete name was mentioned in given name.

I would like to know how it will impact my application at this stage.

Please help, I would really appreciate some guidance on this.

Application received on 13th Nov for NOC 2133.

Till date there is no initmation from CIC. Is there any chance to get PER ? or CAP is over.

I m today proudly announcing that just now I have got my passports back with visa and all other paperwork and documentation....it was a looooong wait......its 54th day today since I submitted passport to Islamabad!

it was all possible mainly due to the help and grace of ALLAH.....prayers of my parents.....faith & trust my family had in me and struggle I was able to made!

thanks everyone here for everything. I pray for you all, for u all to succeed and have a speedy process. those who are awaiting, don't lose hope, have full faith and trust in the All Mighty! inshAllah the success is near.

You may chose to go ahead as is and change name later after landing.

If you really want to do it now, go ahead and raise a CSE to inform NDVO.

I doubt the VO will look at that perspective, because the day ur file reaches CIC it is in a "Lock In period" so basically ur experience, IELTS Scores,etc will be calculated on the weightage it has till the day the file reaches CIC. For example.

If i joined my work on August 1st 2013 and my file reached CIC with reference letters on June 30th 2014. Then the total work experience will be calculated from August 1st 2013 till June 30th 2014, although i am still working in the same company.

Seniors, please correct me if my understanding is wrong

Finally after very long time my e-CAS is updated with 3rd line. I underwent medical on 29th October, 2014 and 3rd line updated today on 3rd March. One of the most complicated timeline after medical examination. I waited for 126 days that is more then 4 months for 3rd line after medical examination. Very happy today!!

We are planning to go to canada ,complete the landing and after getting the PR card come back. We are a family of 4 and would be staying with our friends in canada. I only plan to take $5000 cash with me and keep the balance fund as it is in the saving account and stock holdings in share market. My question is , do I necessarily have to take all the funds required (@ $22500 ) with me and show it at the time of landing or it's good, if I just carry with me the bank statements and demat stock holding statements as proof of sufficient funds? Any one?
