What I think and inline with July3applicant that you will hearing a good news in this week for sure.!

Look..just adisu also got his PPR...so..seems like NDVO wll b back on pitch very soon to bat...!

I really hope so or else we will have to wait till the end of March as it happened in the end of February.....

Can someone take this as an example and explain where does submitting PCC with application or with medicals fit in. In this case, even if PCC is basis of security and criminality check then it could have started before 19-Jan-2015 (PER date), even if it is kicked off by CIO. Which means it is the lethargy or so called strategy at the NDVO that is delaying the processes, not just the heavy traffic of applications.
