Seniors please suggest....
Earlier in my application i have mentioned that my wife and son would not accompany me but now i want to change my decision and wish to accompanying them....

Raise a CSE mentioning this, and send them your wife and son's
1)Photocopies of passports biometric pages
2)Photocopies of birth certificates
3)Photocopy of marriage certificate

Scan the above and attach to the CSE, also request them to acknowledge this CSE so that you will send the processing fees(for your wife and son in the form of DD) with notarised copy of all the above in an envelope to NDVO.

In this envelope send notarised photocopy of all the pages in the passport for your son and wife, but in the CSE just email scanned copies of biometric pages.
Later in the process they might ask for your wife's PCC, you can scan this too and also send a photocopy in the envelope if you have it ready.

Job Done!

i just checked my ECAS it is changed from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE.
FINALLY ITS REJECTION (i never received PER).
At least got an answer...

You can try again under express entry or if at all fsw reopens again.

I already sent all the documents suggested with my application, only fee was not paid. Also i am not aware of my VO...

Alright then just raise a CSE to NDVO, if they are not your VO they will let you know.
NDVO seems to respond quicker than usual on queries.

In your case, if NDVO is your VO, they might ask you to fill one of the forms where it asks if the dependents are accompanying (not sure which form). They might also request for the fee.

3rd line in 4-10 days if everything goes well as per generic trend. it maybe here and there too in certain cases.
