If you read the email care fully the RPRF links are provided in the same email which talks about the MEdicals. The forms required for medical to be conducted are sent in a different email and time limit it 48 hrs from the first email received.
I got the first email which says about medical and in the same email they have RPRF details.
Actually there is nothing in the email that mentioned RPRF, it is just email with attachment of IMM1017 document and this line:

Dear ...,

Please find information concerning your application in the attached document. If you are unable to view the attached document or did not receive a document, please advise us by forwarding this e-mail to https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=vienna

Embassy of Canada

Some people have mentioned that Vienna office is sending RPRF when medical results have been accepted.

Dear Friends,

I'm extremely glad to let you know that I've been glued to this forum right after filing my application for FSWP 2014 in June last year. I'm extemely thankful to all the senior members specially CanOl, Ashifee, Oscar, Diplu, Manish, Palak, Vind and many more.(Please forgive me if I missed any senior member) You guys rock!! and can beat most of the paid agents out there when it comes to giving the right advice concerning our specif queries.

I hired an agent to file my application but it was this forum that helped me be patient and motivated throughout the whole process.

I'm glad to inform that I received PPR on 27th Feb 2015. Below is my timeline.

NOC- 2173
Application filed - 11 June 2014
PER - 8th October
2nd line update - 27th Nov
MR - 16th Dec
MR completed - 30th Dec
3rd Line update - 5th Jan.
RPRF PCC and Medical proof sent to NDVO- 6th Jan
RPRF DD encashed - 13th Jan
PPR Received by agent- 27th Feb
4th line update(DM) - 2nd March
3rd line update - 5th Jan

I just have one question - I filled through an agent and now the agent forwarded me the PPR email. Can I submit the passport to VFS on my own or do I still need my agent to represent me for passport stamping?

Regards,

An important query.......causing tension!!!!!:(

PER: 25 NOV, 2014
Second line: 21 February, 2015.
Still.......NO MR ?

My passport was to expire in August 2015, and anticipating MR I got it renewed in last week of December 2014. Then immediately on 31/12/14; I sent an email in this regard to NDVO, attaching the first and last pages of new passport. But no reply or acknowledgement from NDVO.

To be on safe side, on Feb 19, 2015; I sent a notorized hard copy of these pages to NDVO. Still no reply or acknowledgement from NDVO.

PLEASE advice, whether it will affect the process of PR.......
If no, then its OK. Otherwise what should be done?............please guide..........

Please update ndvo on new passport at the time of sending RPRF/pcc/medical.

The logic that we were following was that any security/criminality check shall start after "Medicals have been received" line. I still do not see a reason to deviate from that. The only way to think otherwise is to believe that those with PCC are put on a priority track post Request for MR. But why should CIC complicate its own affairs?..i do not think that they shall create such priority lists unless the PCC issued date is nearing one year.

So I think PCC holds the key for PPR/DM - the early you submit PCC & DM the early your application results are out.

Based on this assumption I am in for a long haul.

Congratulations!!!! Canadian Dream , Honestly I dont have answer for your question but one good thing about your post is that you submitted PCC on 6th Jan and you got your PPR after almost 55 days. So thats encouraging, thanks for sharing your timeline :D

When I compare these timelines to mine, I see clearly that RPRF DD is encashed in 7 days after "Medicals have been received".
Now, PCC is sent with MR in this case.

And, the PPR to RPRF encashment is 6 weeks. PCC submitted with MR!!!!

Why I am confused is because my family went for their medicals on 9th Feb and when I checked back on 11th-12th it showed "Medical results have been received", considering Hospitals take around 1-2 days to send it wont be possible, isnt it?

This is why I am kind of skeptical is to whether they really received it or they are still reflecting the status about my medicals only.

::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Please continue to think "All is well" unless you hear otherwise. In general, third line of medicals received does not appear unless all the medicals are received by VO including principal applicant and dependants. So stay chilled and stay blessed, you are through with medicals.

Congrats Buddy.

You first post and it's PPR.
Thanks for sharing with us.

On you question,
You can always submit the Passport yourself via VFS.

The way you timelines are, toward the begining you agent would have done a pretty good job to represent you application thus the smooth sailing.
So you got to just take a call, if you agent has not given you any reason so far to not trust him, might as well let him get you passports stamped too.
You do it you self through VFS and roughly Rs. 1300 is what you pay out of you pocket.

Go ahead and have PCC ready with you . you have to submit it with MR request .

But as per current trends you have couple of months for your MR to come .

I was hoping against the hope that someone on this forum would answer me in negative that it is not dependent on PCC... :( :( :(

Damn!! FBI PCC dragged me back by 2 months.. :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Unfortunately, yes. All the july applicants so far who has got the DM/PPR are ones who have submitted PCC with the application. But then your may not be far. One month apart is something that is digestable I guess.

In addition, PCC not required for your 1 year old son. ;)
