Hello guys..

In PPR mail their is following clause

3) Change in Circumstances

Should any of the following circumstances apply to you (or any person included in your application), you must inform this office immediately:

· Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, annulment or death;

· Death of applicant, dependant of sponsor/assisting relative;

· Birth of a child and/or pregnancy (please provide expected date of confinement);

· Change in health;

· The laying of criminal charges or conviction for a criminal offence;d

· A change in availability of funds for use in Canada;

· Change of address or phone number

My wife is pregnant, and expected date of delivery is 1st October, so should I notify VO before sending the passports or I can send it anyways..?
I did medicals on 4th November
Will it affect my application or anyone has any other experience?

I wish i could answer the question but i dont have any experience in that but still i will try since this is the 5th month of pregnancy ideally i think you should inform them about the same along with the passports the out come might be the following. the question might also be why you have not informed about pregnancy after PER email or during medicals.

They might delay it for 4 more months and the process is repeated get medicals for new born and passport for the new born and then send it to ndvo.
If you choose to hide the pregnancy since you have got the passport requests you can send passports and an in a week you will the Visa. may be after getting visa you can inform which would also raise questions.

But the challenge is when you have to get the visa for your new born either in india or canada, at that time they would ask why you have not kept us informed about the same which could complicate the issue a little.

Also the challenge of traveling if want the baby to be born in canada and if you choose india as birth place then getting the process initiated for the new born which might consume good amount of time.

I just spoke my mind anybody who has been through or going through can comment i would suggest the first one inform them and spend time in preparing for welcome the baby

all the best!

if you are working on the same profile in the same company the current date when the visa officer is looking at is also considered as part of experience.
When did you send the app and what makes you say that 1 yr exp rejected ? if you have received PER you dont have to worry relax and wait with ease..

Thanks for your reply, Yes I have received my PER. That job, because it was 10 years ago and I dont have much supporting document, I am just suspecting that.
and yes I am working at the same company that I had the last 1 year and 11 months experience. I sent my app in NOV, so basically in Nov (that I sent my App) I had 1 moth less than 2 years in my current occupation, which currently technically is more than two years.

Hopefully they accept it as two years.

I think local VO will count the number of years of experience only up to the date your application was received by CIC. Fortunately, you got PER and should local VO doubt about your 1 year experience, they will give you chance to prove and explain that experience.

Thanks, If that the case then how they sometimes ask for updated bank account information and new version of supporting documents?

Guys, is there a way to extend the 30-day deadline for the MR and RPRF? What are the possible option for extending if in case. Thank you

Could you please answer these so that we can assist you better
What NOC you have applied ?
How many years experience you are showing in that eligible NOC?
Do you have experience in any other NOC other than eligible NOC i mean any NOC which is part of O A or B category

Since you have 10 years of experience What NOC do they fall into for the other 7 years of experience i am asking this cause as per the CIC you need to have 1 years of continuous experience in the eligible NOC (which should be part of 50 NOCs mentioned) rest of the experience can be in any of O A B category of NOC.
If you have 1 yr experience or more in eligible NOC and rest in other O A or B category NOC you get points for the same and i suspect which is why you got the PER or else you would not have received the PER so relax.

On the same note If you have filled the form as working in this A company from as date(DD-MM-YYYY) and in the to section as To Date (till date) they would consider the day till the date of visa officer evaluation assuming that you have not changed the job during that time... which is why after sending PER they asking for any changes in the job or profile stuff.

Stay in the same company maintain the POF till you get PPR and if you still want to convey the message try to get letters if possible from that company and send the information voluntarily as part of CSE to NDVO after getting second line update along with cover letter explaining the situation.

Hope this helps .... all the best ..

Application Date:- 16th May, 2014
PER :- 8th August, 2014

Medicals :- 28th October, 2014.
Including the new born child and completed his medicals :- 15th Nov, 2014.
RPRF paid 15th Nov, 2014
FBI PCC :- Jan 14th , 2015.

Any predictions, when will I get my PPR ?

Friends,

I just paid my RPRF. Please help me with below questions -

- What should be written as client ID on the RPRF receipt?

- Also, how much should be the RPRF for two people (Principal applicant and spouse. Dependent child waived off) ? I read some people said it was above 50k INR. Mine came below, so curious..

First of all, congrats bro. Answer to your querries are as below :
1. You , alone can submit all the passports plus photos and PPR letter with family details
2. Not applicable, authorization letter only required if u assign ur family or friend for passport submission.
3. It depends from which city VFS office u r sending passport. But average 7 calendar days for pan india. Delhi n nearby area are 3 to 4 days.
Regarding photos, u need to refer photo specifications which asks for one blank photo and second photo back side must have name, date of bith , date of photo taken with photo studio name and address. It can be hand written or stamped by studio.
thank you so much for detailed info brother :)
