Hello guys..

In PPR mail their is following clause

3) Change in Circumstances

Should any of the following circumstances apply to you (or any person included in your application), you must inform this office immediately:

· Change in marital status, for example due to marriage, divorce, annulment or death;

· Death of applicant, dependant of sponsor/assisting relative;

· Birth of a child and/or pregnancy (please provide expected date of confinement);

· Change in health;

· The laying of criminal charges or conviction for a criminal offence;

· A change in availability of funds for use in Canada;

· Change of address or phone number

My wife is pregnant, and expected date of delivery is 1st October, so should I notify VO before sending the passports or I can send it anyways..?
I did medicals on 4th November
Will it affect my application or anyone has any other experience?

if you are working on the same profile in the same company the current date when the visa officer is looking at is also considered as part of experience so even if they rejected you 1 yr experience then it get the points of 2 years as i understand it is 1 yr 11 months + 3Months which is 2 yrs 1 month. which falls under category 2 years but less than 3 years section in the form which we all filled schedule A i guess

When did you send the app and what makes you say that 1 yr exp rejected ? did you mean you have received PER if you have received then you dont have to worry relax and wait with ease..

People here are digging there past which ranges to year 2004 or 2000 so you can easily get some or the other documents to provide a proof that you worked there an offer letter a salary slip along with any colleague signed roles and responsibilities letter HR letter based on the employment details.

Do just assume you wont get visit places if you have to cause this is an opportunity for you which is a turning point.

I think local VO will count the number of years of experience only up to the date your application was received by CIC. Fortunately, you got PER and should local VO doubt about your 1 year experience, they will give you chance to prove and explain that experience.

Please comment

I applied on November, since I didn't receive neither PER nor NER, I called CIC yesterday 2 times, 1st time agent said they sent me a smail on Feb 11, the other told that no mails were sent to me at all, please advice what's going on, why the answers differ, why my case is sooooo late

Call again to clarify. What is "smail?"

Finally recieved my MR email after 3 months.

Application: 31 July 2014
PER: 25 Nov 2014
MR: 27 Feb 2015
VO: LVO
NOC: 4011

Thank you guys for the help.

Hello forumities is all applicant after october from NDVO being transferred to Warsaw and colombo VO or just the selective one???

Put some idea on it..As well as wht is the timeline for Warsaw VO??

I guess initial checks are performed by poland or srilanka VO which is work load management for CIC NS
no matter what after PER there will be an AOR which eventually comes back to NDVO for further background or security checks

Correct me if i am wrong so ... i dont think there are many applicant in poland for FSW and at the same time they would have instructions to move things faster thats why cic asked them to perform some actions on their behalf..... which is always a good news and this is reflected by srilanka VO which explicitly mentioned the information.

So buckle help and get help after all for all VO this is their usual work bread and butter and i am sure which is a critical one for other as this changes the equations in one's life or future.

I would not blame anybody for delay cause if we blame they can redirect to the maximum processing times for an application which is 24 months for NDVO so they are doing the best they could and 8 or 9 months compared to 24 months is certainly awesome.... so my respect to all VO employees they are kind of santa claus or any person with magic which is a new beginning in so many applicants life....

hang on and believe me it is worth the Wait

Although it is not mandatory to send the old passports.. but it is always advisable to stapple/paste together all new n old passports together and then send.. there is no harm in sending, just make sure they go as 1 unit(stappled together) for each person.

Stapling passports together sounds like a bad idea. Especially new smart passports that contain sensitive electronics.

Timelines as updated in profile..

How much time post submission of passport at VFS??

When did you submit PCC? With application or along r request

Thank you all for yor wishes. I wish each and everyone all the very best with further process and hope to see and get along with each other in Maple land soon :)

I have few queries regarding PP submission in VFS

I will submit both principal and dependent applicant passports along with 2 photographs each, including PPR mail to VFS. Apart from these, I am not submitting any other document to NDVO.
*I am not writing any details on back of photographs since nothing was mentioned in the email.

1) I will be only the one who will be visiting VFS to submit the passports, so in this case will they accept both the passports?

2) If not, what would be required for VFS to accept so, any undersigned letter from dependent applicant? If so, can someone please post the sample letter which describes VFS to accept the dependent passport on Principal applicant's behalf.

3) What can be the expected time to get back the passport if I submit passport on 2 March?

Thanks and Regards,
CPR

First of all, congrats bro. Answer to your querries are as below :
1. You , alone can submit all the passports plus photos and PPR letter with family details
2. Not applicable, authorization letter only required if u assign ur family or friend for passport submission.
3. It depends from which city VFS office u r sending passport. But average 7 calendar days for pan india. Delhi n nearby area are 3 to 4 days.
Regarding photos, u need to refer photo specifications which asks for one blank photo and second photo back side must have name, date of bith , date of photo taken with photo studio name and address. It can be hand written or stamped by studio.
