Maycoutyard,

You need to post I suppose 18 messages on this forum and then you get that option in your profile settings.

Best way is to congratulate whoever is making some progress on this forum. :P :P :P

I thought FSW applications will be processed on the basis of first come first serve.

But as per the timelines of different people it is not like that and also unable to understand what is the methodology they are adopting in picking up applications..

Anyone has got Idea....... if so pl share.

FSW application were picked on first come first serve basis only to include them in the CAP.
You WILL NOT find a single instance where an application reaching CIC even 1hr after the first application tht was returned due to "CAP full" was included in the CAP.

But, once the applications are Accepted. Then each application takes its own sweet time depending upon the complexity.
For Eg, a bachelor person with no Foreign Travel and with just 1yr of exp from just 1 company and 1 degree will Take much less time Than Some married person with 10yrs of exp from 5 companies, residence history of 3-4 countries, 2-3 degrees, and with some health complication. :-)

Seems like they have put our files under huge pile of other files as our case got delayed by 3 months because of medicals. Don't know when they will take out our files.

hello everyone,
I am 15th September applicant
PER-30 Dec
VO-NDVO
But i have seen allot of September applicants getting Warsaw or Columbo Vo..
Can anyone of my timeline around 15th sept share their VO, is it NDVo, warsaw or columbo..asking just to have an idea otherwise today i will be calling cic also to know about my VO..

thanx in advance

All applicants who have received their PERs 1st Jan or 1st Jan 2015 onwards are either been transferred to WVO or Colombo VO. You seems safe since your PER date is 30th Dec and moreover you haven't received any kind of AOR mail because NDVO don't send the same.

I got PER on 29th Oct and after that nothing. No second line update yet.

My NOC is 0113.

Any suggestions what should I do ? I had already raised CSE to NDVO but no response yet?

Pls suggest. Is it because that NOC 0113 is not vey hot NOC and they are processing it very slow.

Re: What is the methodology adopted for picking up application to start process ?

If that's the case, then it's justified why my file is taking time.
