Hi Anup,

I can give you a suggestion, but it may/may not be correct - so you can take second opinion or use your judgement.
Since you have all the items ready except Swiss visa you can write a letter explaining the situation.
If you applied for Swiss PCC you might have written a letter or given an application and received some acknowledgement or reference number or other proof of initiating the process. Send them a copy of that acknowledgement/receipt,etc.
This way you can ensure that you can meet the deadline except for the Swiss PCC whose process delay is beyond your control. This could delay the process, but ensures that you followed the request for submission of documents. Also hopefully this gives a better impression that you are not delaying or defaulting in terms of submitting required items.

Regards,
Sridhar

Dear Experts,

I received the request to submit the following to NDVO by 7th March 2015 :

1. Indian PCC for me and my wife.
2. Swiss PCC for me and my wife.
3. Medicals
4. Affidavit for no date of birth.
5. Payment Fees for Permanent Residence.

I have the following things done and planning to send them to NDVO soon before the deadline 7th March 2015:

1. Indian PCC for me and my wife - Completed
2. Swiss PCC for me and my wife : I applied for it but haven't received it yet
3. Medicals - Completed.
4. Affidavit for no date of birth - Completed.
5. Payment Fees for Permanent Residence - Completed and Paid online.

Please suggest me if I can send the remaining documents to NDVO without Swiss PCC and will that be a problem for my application decision ??

I will submit the PCC for Switzerland as soon as I receive it.

Many thanks for your kind response !!

Best Regards
Anup Gupta

Congratulations canada55! Welcome to the PPR club. You should be getting PPR shortly.
Just be patient with resignation, you still have ample time to get visa stamping. Once that is done, you can put in your papers.

Is there someone from NOC 1112 or related areas (NOC 1111-1114) from Bangalore. I like to connect with people in Bangalore in these NOCs. Want to discus about job preparations, choice of province and other info. Lets network and share what we know for mutual benefit.

how to give +1 to people,?

Look at left side of everyone's profile. There is "GOOD" & "POOR".

If you think that comment/suggestion was appropriate than click on "Good" to add +1 to someone's profile and vice-a-versa.

Hello All,
I have some concerns to share and need suggestions also.

Well I have received the medical request from NDVO on 13th Feb'15, asking for Medicals report & RPRF within 45 days from that day.

Now my concerns:
1. I am already done with my medicals from Sadhu Vaswani and wanted to confirm if they have sent the report but I am not able to confirm from them because they are straight away telling me that medicals done on that particular day has been forwarded to High Commission, but when I am telling them the receipt number, they say we cant tell like this. What should I do?

2. I have sent my Medical reports receipt & RPRF Print through my consultant. Now the problem is he used his brain and had some setting with the local courier guy where he made that courier hand delivered. When I asked him for tracking number, he sent me a scan copy of the tracking register with CHC stamp on it. But I am worried if they have received it or not?

Is it advisable to call CHC and ask if they have received the courier, but if they ask about tracking number I dont have that.

Pls suggest.

its delivered dont worry

You can't land in Quebec for ur PR unless u have a Quebec selection certificate as Quebec has it's own immigration system which is different from federal. So just land in Toronto and take a domestic flight to Montreal or you can travel via road which is 5 1/2 hour drive from Pearson airport .

Thank u Juggy!!! +1 to you!!
