1. We have to take a printout of the email, and write the additional family information by hand? Or is it better to type details into the same letter (copy paste email into Word) and then print?
2. Should we use VFS service or send by some courier like Blue Dart?
3. Which address do we send the courier to? Below?

Got PPR, updated spreadsheet (very important step IMO). I wish everybody else good luck as well, NDVO is speeding up things. Stay positive!

In the email, they have said -

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:

1) Passports
Please provide passports or travel documents for yourself and each accompanying dependant, along with a copy of this letter, to the visa office in New Delhi. Please see the VFS Visa Application Centre (India) website for details on how to transmit your passports to the Canadian High Commission: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/India/.

So how do we send the passports?

Happy to inform that my second line just got updated. We started processing your app on 21st feb 2015. I am 13 August applicant. When can I expect mr? Is there some minimum time duration between second line and mr? What are the chances of rejection after second line and when can I expect any verification at my office?
