Can you let me know how much time the VO gives to submit the passport for Stamping after the PPR mail.

VO gives 30 days to submit passports after the PPR mail. Hope this helps!

Application Received - 9 May 14
PER - 15 Aug 14
Second Line - Dont Know, In fact I never checked ECAS until then
RPRF, PCC, Medical Request Recd: 15 Sep 14
RPRF Paid (Credit Card) - September last week
Medicals Done - 1 Oct 14
Medical, RPRF Receipt, Local PCC Sent: 7th October
3rd Line - 6th October
FBI PCC Sent - 29 Dec 14
FBI PCC Received by VO - 31 Dec 14
4th Line (DM) - Not Yet, Waiting
PPR: 25 Feb 15
Visa: Waiting
Landing: ...

Dear Subhash and Jedy.. i am also of same time line of yours. we can observe that NDVO is working on issuing PPR's and working of DM application, so they might have kept our Process on hold or might be they are concentrating on PPR and May,June applications. So once they get completed then i think the same shower of rain will be of MR's and line updates. lets hope for the best and pray that everything goes fast. Subhash +1 for your words to Jedy.

Yeah,need to wait little bit longer to happen something good on our applications. I agree what you have assumed. +1 to you in return.

SonOfOdin... I agree. But we "expected" NDVO to be fair... but the truth is far from it. We shouldn't expect the process to be FIFO (first in first out)..that is the unfortunate reality

More than the fairness of process, am looking at the efforts made by the early applicants. They probably had done research on the procedure for the visa process way ahead of these applicants, probably some had even seen failures in earlier years, they probably got their ielts score, evaluation and pcc way ahead of any of these applicants even thought of applying for PR. Then that excruciatingly long wait, and then they have to see uncertainity when other applicants get thru with a much lesser waiting time. For me, this feeling is unfair. But then, as everyone say, the game is only about waiting...
