better if you can inform earlier. If you are on notice period and still working with the company, you can wait till meds. If already relieved, inform now.

Hi,

I am from Kerala and I received my PPR yesterday. How can I submit my passport to VFS?

Should I go in person to Bangalore to the VFS office? Is there any other option as I am not in a position to travel soon.

Did they not include any instructions about how to send passport? I think you if can't submit passport personally, you've to post / courier your passports along with any other documents requested!

It is strange that MR to DM time-frame varies so much...I am sure 99% of applicants will have no criminal or security issues...some might have left out some minor information...but this difference in timelines for any one visa office (say NDVO) is very hard to understand.
