Hi Shikha,

I understand its a long wait and literally testing our patience. I'm a 22 May applicant and recently got DM and PPR, and many PPRs seem to be coming in the last few days. You can expect one in a few days or weeks. In the meantime you can do other preparations, enroll for CIIP meet and start researching on job, provinces, etc.

Hi Seniors,

I just need an important suggestion from your end...

I am currently working in Global MNC Company and my reporting is to a person who sits in Poland. And i am the only person from India who reports to him.

If I get the PR Stamped on my Passport, so is there any possibility, that I can continue my job there in Canada (as we have offices in US and Canada).

Please suggest on the following, if I will get the transfer from India to Canada Office (obviously on different Payroll) :-

1) Do I need to inform to NDVO on the same

2) Will there be any effect on my Application

3) Does anyone will have issues/ objection on this.

4) Any other important point, if I have missed out anything... ???

Please suggest asap...

You're talking about transferring after you land, right? Once you land and are a PR, you are free to take any job you like in Canada without informing NDVO/CIC/anyone. There's no point to informing NDVO at this point even if you know which job you will take. It's not relevant to them and will have no effect on your application.

Below are the details :-

Thanks to the ADMIN team and all people in this forum for helping each other with their new ideas/experience and comments.
I hope Decision Made will be positive at the end :) :D :D :D :D :D.

congrats!

Majorly May and June are getting DM's and PPR's but the hype is only coz its too early based on trend for anyone after May to get DM. To my understanding, 1 in every 5 DM's/PPR's is for non May/Mid June applicant, and another interesting thing if you noticed is, 1112 are not many on the DM/PPR list. I think they are still to put 1112 on a speed gear.

:( GOD >> PPR please

Interesting analysis. Surprising to note that even 5% of Jan applicants got DM (since 95% didnt receive DM) and 16% of Dec '14 applications got DM (since 84% didnt receive DM). So we thought that only May and June applicants are getting DMs and PPRs.
Is my understanding correct? Please clarify...also welcome views from other forum members.

I recently traveled to Egypt for 6 days post my Medicals. Do I need to inform my Visa Office about this travel?

Thanks.

If a email bounce back is received by CIC, they will trigger the communication on your provided postal address.
Once you have UCI and or File number, you can raise a CSE to your Visa office request for an update on your email address.
CIC is out of the picture post PER. They trnsfer the file to your VO for processing hence I dont think you can get the amends done at CIC level.

Yup... they would trigger communication on postal address, however that will take very long to reach.. i think I will not be able to wait that long! If I will not receive PER by March 8 (God forbid), I will get my UCI over the phone and raise a query to LVO for change of email. Sounds good to me, please add if you think otherwise - thanks.

Agree. Had given the same solution...

I got my medicals done in Fortis, Bangalore. Dont worry about selecting a doctor. They will assign the on-duty doctor to you when u report at the helpdesk. Yes, it is e-enabled. However, do carry photos. Also, the helpdesk guys will take your pics at the end of all the tests.

Goodluck. Relax. It was a very smooth process for me and my spouse.

Thanks deviim15 for your Info. I will carry photos!:)
+1
Cheers
