NOC: 0111 App filed: Aug 6th, PER: Nov 27th: 2nd line update: Jan 13, Medical request: Jan 20th, Medical done: Jan 24, Medical submitted: Jan 30th, 3rd line update: Feb 4th,
DM: Feb 22
PCC submitted with the app, RPRF paid on Jan 24th through CC

Congrats to him. Looks very fast, especially after MR.

Guys, my application status changed today from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE.

What does that indicate?
Is there any further process to be followed from my side?

Please help me in getting through this.

What are your timelines ? Is this after MR ? If yes, then it means you are through.

If it appears as 2nd or 3rd line, then possible rejection on cards.

CANOL- I received my per through courier with the Date december 09th, when i inquired CIC they told me my e-mail ID is not updated in their records thats the reason i had received my PER through post. However, my 2nd line got updated on February 2nd as " We started processing your application..But iam worried , neither i have received my PER through post nor though an e-mail..Please advise me do i have to submit a CSE now or wait for few more days...Can u plz ping me the link to submit a CSE and also the format how to ask them for my e-mail id update..Iam really worried and tensed..plz help me brother

Is this procedural fairness letter? What points actually may be produced as the satisfying response to the visa officers about how he could economically establish himself in Canada? your valuable suggestions are sought.

Vishal, as already PMed, just a wild guess.

Probably his English IELTS score might be low and Canada does not require non proficient ENGLISH teachers (As level of English in canada is very high unlike India). As he has no other experience to help him earn a livelihood in Canada, his application must have been rejected. Just a wild guess though. I might be wrong.
He needs to prove that he will be able to earn livelihood in Canada on the basis of his current occupation.

7.5, exceeding 6 in each band. Without this he wouldn't have received PER and reached upto NDVO level.

Considering he is an English teacher, they might be expecting more...

I believe the VO's concern here is specific that the applicant (being an English teacher) doesn't have an excellent score in an English exam..u know not just good but great..and hence the concern whether he will be able to make it in the Canadian employment market...

I suggest your friend do the following immediately-

Ideally retake IELTS/CELPIP...but since the VO has given only 30 days' time this is likely not feasible...Hence he should appear for the 2 other internationally-accredited exams-

a) TOEFL or b)PTE Academic

Tell him to drop everything else for 10 days, prepare for the exam and get an excellent score..Submit the scores to VO also reassuring that he is also ready to retake IELTS anytime and get a better score (and if he had any personal problems/issues during his IELTS exam that may have brought down his score it'd be a plus to mention that s well)

Simultaneously he can also do the following-

a. Get a Reco letter from his College/University level English teachers attesting to his proficiency in English
b. A testimonial from a student how he has helped him/her in improving English
c. Basically any document that proves his English proficiency....

Seniors can also chip in with additional viewpoints...Good luck to your friend!!...I am sure he will sail through...

when we pay RPRF through online it takes 490$ = 24294.20 INR (through Credit card)
when we pay through DD its 26700 (as mentioned in website)
Today's dollar rate is 49.58 rupees
1CAD=49.58INR so 490*49.58= INR 24294.20

Please tell me why there is 2k difference and I paid online so very concerned,

Because Fx is volatile and keeps fluctuating. Hence the conversion of CAD 490 will be around Rs 24.2K while the rupee fees are fixed by NDVO at rs 26,700 irrespective of CAD movement.

So, could you all please suggest me, when the NDVO will send me the Email for PPR... Or in how many days.

And after how many days, do they return the PP to our address...

I sent my application on November 21, 2014 (NOC 4151) from the USA and it was received by CIC on November 28, 2014. My CC was charged on January 22, 2015 then I received my PER email on February 18, 2015.
My question is, I have been working in the USA for last five years and I stated my processing Visa Office as Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada in my FSW application. I think I made a mistake, the correct visa office for me should be one in the USA, am I correct? If so, what is going to happen to my application?

PER email states "Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."

Please help.

Guys this was long journey. This was started in Dec 2007. I applied in Jan 2008 and as everyone knows unfortunately in March 2012 they have terminated around 3lakh backlog applications. I was amoung them. I again tried in 2013 and got my application returned due to cap filled. I was much hopeful this time!!!
Hopeful to get PPR mail on Monday!!!!
