Don't Worry GSingh80.

Actually, Manish wants to say that additional documents some time cause some delay as they will send file again to Registry department for addition of new documents to your application and again it will come in que towards VO.

Also, Your file should be eligible on the day when it received CIC. After that what you are doing right now will not impact your file.
Few people changed their Profile, Company or some left their company for any cause. Main thing is YOU SHOULD BE ELIGIBLE with your 67 Points. ;D ;D

Nobody knows how they works but main thing is believe in God and stay calm and happy. :) :)
Enjoy India's Environment as you will be migrated soon this year only.

Whatever you did is fine, Stay Blessed and Good Luck for your rest of the process.

:) :) :) . +1 for your patience....
Thanks & +1 for your prompt reply.
Hope so my additional docs don't unnecessarily delay my application.
People with timeline similar to me are receiving MRs, hoping I am in the next batch of MRs.

Also good luck with ur application..

What is your friend's ielts test scores?
7.5, exceeding 6 in each band. Without this he wouldn't have received PER and reached upto NDVO level.

thanks...but really is it required to send the bills along with e-medical report???
i mean u will not be having emedical reports in your hand until and unless you paid the fees.
almost every hospital take the charges first and then starts the procedure.

Hi
Yes RPRF was submitted online on Jan 2 and the receipt was couriered to NDVO on Jan 3.
The meds were done on Jan 5 and the related docs without the bills and the copy of our passports were couriered on Jan 6. As some forum members had suggested that bills need to be sent to, they were sent a few days later. I do not remember the date. We were not asked for a fresh PCC.
I hope that helps.

Hi vishal,

I believe the VO's concern here is specific that the applicant (being an English teacher) doesn't have an excellent score in an English exam..u know not just good but great..and hence the concern whether he will be able to make it in the Canadian employment market...

I suggest your friend do the following immediately-

Ideally retake IELTS/CELPIP...but since the VO has given only 30 days' time this is likely not feasible...Hence he should appear for the 2 other internationally-accredited exams-

a) TOEFL or b)PTE Academic

Tell him to drop everything else for 10 days, prepare for the exam and get an excellent score..Submit the scores to VO also reassuring that he is also ready to retake IELTS anytime and get a better score (and if he had any personal problems/issues during his IELTS exam that may have brought down his score it'd be a plus to mention that s well)

Simultaneously he can also do the following-

a. Get a Reco letter from his College/University level English teachers attesting to his proficiency in English
b. A testimonial from a student how he has helped him/her in improving English
c. Basically any document that proves his English proficiency....

Seniors can also chip in with additional viewpoints...Good luck to your friend!!...I am sure he will sail through... :)

Hi Bro,

You get an acknowledgment form from the e-Medical Center (with ur photo) that ur Meds are completed....Along with bills charged....Now VO asks u for Proof of Medicals completed..(irres of whether the Medical Center was e-medical enabled or not and has already uploaded ur Medical results)..So wats the harm in sending everything in one shot?...Send both the Acknowledgment Form and the bills when u send it and keep a copy for ur records :)....

Hi,

Have a query in landing using COPR. I heard that it takes almost 3 months to receive PR card. Am planning to apply leave in my current company and visit Canada and apply for PR card. After which, will return back to India in a month.

Given that, PR card would not been issued by then, how'll I be travelling back again to Canada - the second time? Or is it necessary that I need to wait and get PR card, before I return back to my home country?

Pl. clarify me.

Thanks.

PR card you might receive 45 - 60 days...in rare cases upto 90 days. You can apply for the card and return back to your home country. They will send the card to the address in Canada provided by you. But to re-enter Canada you will definitely need the PR card. Someone has to bring the card to you (sending it via post/courier/speed post) is not advisable.

CAPOK

Hi capok, can I ask when did u submitted ur pcc? Along with app or with med?

I don't think you need to worry about it.

H1B lottery selection is something based on luck and prior to screening of application.

You cannot treat it as rejection. You should not complicate at this moment by informing VO.

Hi ,

have 2 queries

We applied in Nov and received per on 4th feb

1. My spouse had applied for H1B usa in 2008 and was rejected in lottery. However we did not add this information while submiiting our app. Should we inform the VO about this? please note there is no file number or receipt number since the app was rejected during initial stage itself
2. My company has nominated me for H1b this year. The lottery would be in April we guess. So how soon should we be informing the VO about this ?

Note: VO is NDVO, though we havn't received any confirmation on this. Some NDVO applications got transferred to Warsaw and Colombo recently.
My spouse is the primary applicant.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

A small observation here.

Those who are getting DM/ppr unexpectedly early have either submitted their PCC with app or paid RPRF online.

So I think this is decreasing their timelines by 15-30 days.

Please seniors correct me if I am wrong.

Congratulations to all with DM/PPR/MR and 3rd line updates.

And for rest waiting in que like me, best of luck our time is coming soon to celebrate. 8)

Submission of RPRF online might not reduce the time significantly as it is just 3-4 days apart even through DD. But PCC with application surely.
