Hi Friends
Please help me in my preparation to send MR, RPRF and PCC. Couple of questions -
1. Is RPRF to be paid for my baby too? -No, it is not required for minor under 18 years0
2. Is this address right? - Correct address
To,
High Commission of Canada
Immigration Section
7/8 Shantipath,
Chanakyapuri
PO Box 5209
New Delhi 110021
India
3. I read on this forum that we can't send courier to PO box, so can I remove PO box 5209 from the address? Correct, remove the P.O Box and it will still be delivered to NDVO
4. I am planning to send in bigger size envelope in which A4 size papers can be placed without folding them. Is this right way? That should be ok
5. The emails says I should mention the complete file number. Does it mean the application number? In case UCI number is needed to be mentioned, do I need to write the UCI number of all the members of my application? The File is the application number. Write down the UCI numbers on the Cover letter or RPRF DD \ Fee Receipt
6. Do I need to notarize or self attest my passport pages? Not required
7. There has been no passport change after applying. I have applied using my new passport. Still, do i need to send my old passport copies? Not Required to send the old pp copies
8. This is the list to be sent - Request letter PDF copy, Medical tracking sheets filled by hospital, Medical receipts original, Passport copies with bio page, RPRF receipt/ack, Original PCC.
Anything missing? Do I need to attach any self declared covering letter?
