Received medical furtherance. Chest cray shows some spots so have to undergo sputum test. Really sad and depressed. I have no history of any medical condition. This wait seems never ending.
It is good thing that you are discovering now, just undergo all the neccesary test and treatment and you will be fine. Maybe God want to use this Canada stuff to reveal the chest problem. I wish you well

Hi Everybody,
I am applicant of FSW 2014. My NOC is: 4011. Visa Office: Singapore
My Application Status:
Application Received by CIC: 25/07/2015
PER Received : 19/11/2015
AOR Received : 31/12/2015
E-cas Status : No 2nd line updated yet.
We are eagerly waiting for our ending of the dream. Friends please give your suggestions. When I could expect my 2 line updated & MR/RPRF request.

I need some suggestion from you. As I have some family problem to stay in Canada permanently right now due to my parents sickness. Can you please advise me what should I do if I got the VISA? If I will complete my landing and then return back to country is it will hampered my Canada Immigration process?
Is there any minimum requirement that I have to stay in Canada for how long? Or If I would go Canada yearly once than it could be any problem. I mean when I will be able to manage my family problem than we will shifted to Canada permanently after 2 or 3 years. Please give your expert suggestion.

Hi Anik

you have to land in canada within 1 year of your medical tests. the last date will be mentioned in your COpr / visa.

you can come back after that. but apply for your PR card. if you can stay for 60 days and get your pr card fine, else ask it to be delivered to your friend;s address and he can bring it back for you in India. i understood its not safe to get it through courier.

as per curent regulatons you have to stay for 3 years in 5 years to be eligible for passport and 2 years in 5 years to renew your PR. However, there is a proposal to change it to 4 in 6 and 3 in 6. not sure when it will get passed.

so you can do a short landing, come back for a year or two and renew your PR or be eligible for passport, if you stay that long.

good luck.

Manish don't trust spreadsheet. People rely on spreadsheet until they get what they want. so they don't represent the data. I strongly believe lot more PPR than what we see in spreadsheet. I believe some of the names you have updated above must have already a PPR request or a DM . who knows.

you see them updating coming days. I really wish if all treat the spreadsheet with lot of respect and update it frequently. This is the sheet helped all of us - gave strength for all of us .

How many days do NDVO gives to submit the passport?
