Also I have sent passport bio pages only for me (as i have renewed my passport between PER and MR time) and not for my wife or kid while sending MR docs.. This was pinching me since I sent my docs to NDVO thinking whether i should have sent passport bio pages for all of us instead only me.. Can anyone give me some advise on this so that I can be at peace ;D..

Y would you do that bro?? ???The language in the mail is 'Please send photocopies of your updated/valid passports (only front and back Bio pages) for all '

I understand from this, that you are to send photocopies of valid passport bio pages of all applicants (irresp. of whether passport updated or not)

Guys, Please Clarify my doubt. Do anyone got PCC from Commissioner office and received PPR. Is that people who got PCC from Commissioner office will get their PPR late due to delay in Verification....

Im asking bro whether it will get delay or not?. Some say that PCC from PSK will get easy clearance. Dont know much abt it...So asking friends who got PCC from Commsioner Office and also got PPR.

Just send them another parcel with copy of all passport bio pages mention ur application number on the parcel

I sent FSW 2014 app without mention CIC about my US L1A extension and L1 to H1 conversion Petition (fort -I-129) rejections on FSW . Since they asked only visa rejection but above them are petitions(I-129) only.
1)Do i need to inform Petition (fort -I-129) rejections to them now ?I am waiting now for PER and VO IS NDVO.

I got PPR from commissioners office and am still waiting for ppr. But i dont think that such pcc would mandate additonal check. Solely because pcc from commissioners office requires all clear from all police station limits where applicant has stayed for last 10 years and that from psk only verifies from the police station limit where applicant stays presently. It would be rediculous if what u say wud be true.

Guys, I am a bit confused can anyone of you please help me?

I have submitted my app and received my PER. By the time my app delivered to CIO in Sydney I had worked in a company for 1 year and 11 months and this is a ongoing occupation which means I currently working there and it is more than two years already. My other work experience is for 10 years ago and that is for around 1 year however I dont have much supporting document for my previous job.

If in case my old work experience rejected during verification at VO (because they may ask for social security record which I dont have), and due to the fact that I had only 23 months work period by the time I sent my app, Is it possible that officer accept my current occupation as two years and ask me to send a new reference letter ? (I need two years to be eligible in VO)
