It was wonderful to see two full days of the rain that was expected a month or two back. But better late than never.
However, key is that they continue the momentum as at times even slow moving traffic gives you hope and complete stuck story bring desperation. So like everyone, to sum up the sentiment, hope that the new guy in charge since last week at NDVO keep swirling his stick and backlog gets cleared quickly.

Now the key thing is that since the person 06/25 application date got PPR from NDVO shows that the time is getting consumed in administrative hassles rather than in actual security and criminality check. Hope they overcome the lethargy in their ranks and prioritize things in the way they should be and not making people wait for 5 months after medicals.

Thats true indeed.
Hopefully now NDVO goes smoothly and clears the backlog.
Cheers

Dear members,

I finally updated SS as I had some connection issues during the past few days. My timeline is on the left.

Pradhan, Shammi,

I don't think that coming forward with this detail now by updating your schedule A will delay your PPR or whatever the next step is in your case. It'll just be one of the documents they'll have to review whenever your file is reviewed/revisited again. But when they do revisit your file next, and find that discrepancy (it may get picked up in one of the various checks they carry out), the VO will most likely have no choice but to ask you to submit an updated schedule A and this will certainly cause a delay.

having said that, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Hi Shammi20,

Its upto you. I do have same situation. Even I had applied US for student visa on 2008.
But I haven't informed NDVO and right now I am waiting for PPR.
Even I am in dilemma whether to inform or not as my consultant and seniors said no need to..
Cheers

Dear Seniors on the forum,

Can someone please help relieve my anxiety? I have been seeing a lot of MR's and PPR's lately for everyone, and I am one of the unlucky one's who are yet to receive an MR.

I have applied on the 18th of june, got a PER on 17th oct, and got second line on 25th Nov.

Not sent any additional documents to the CHC, as is the case with most people who have not recd an MR. I had a total of 4 years of experience when I applied wherein 3 years was in a startup and 1 year was my own business. I run a Private limited company, so I provided all the relevant documents, including the ITR, and Memorandum of the company. I also clicked my office pics with employees for proof.

Can anyone throw some light, make assumptions on what my situation is? My consultant refuses to give me any answers and tells me they will let me know if and when they get an MR.

I have applied for GCMS today, FYI.

Regards,
Kashish

Please NDVO send medicals for NOC 1111

Please any update on NOC 1111???

Unfortunately, it's not good news if an application for that NOC was sent on or after October 30, 2014 (still not sure exactly when it was capped). See a quote of someone's post below:

Noc 1111 the game is over for for federal skilled workers 2014 I received this note from lawyer who based in canada this morning it read thus.
I regret to inform you that we received the return of your application on February 20, 2015 with correspondence dated February 13, 2015. A copy of the correspondence is attached to this message.

Although your application for permanent residence was submitted to the Centralized Intake Unit on October 30, 2014, and CIC never indicated that the quota for NOC 1111 filled prior to January 01, 2015, your application was returned as it was received after the maximum 1000 applications for your NOC code had been accepted for processing within the Centralized Intake Unit.
