Please go to VFS in Nehru Place in Delhi or whichever city you are located in.
They changed around 1000 Rs process took around 2-3 minutes. They send passport back to your place in 7-10 days.

When n where you submitted your passport.

And can you also tell me what options we have for passport submission.

I have done some analysis on fswp 2013 spreadsheet and i have some happy news for july applicants. they began with may and june first in last year, like what we have been observing now and then moved to july quickly. the least amount of time they took between medical and visa was 31 days ( There are several visa for july got approved within this time frame) . since last year had less number of applicants and this year is relatively large numbers, I assume the july visa will start coming from feb 28 or march 3rd onwards. May and June would continue in large numbers but all check completed july are going to be in by end next week or march beginning.

brother please let me know what all options we have to submit the passport.

CVAC centers are located across India in major cities. They will charge processing fees to securely send passports to VO & get it back to you. You can either visit CVAC in person or send your authorised representative to deliver the passport. You need to fill up a form which you get along with PPR.. Passport numbers, date of expiry, height, eye color, etc.

For collecting the stamped passport & COPR, you have an option to pick up by yourself or an authorised representative from CVAC... Or get it couriered to any address you mention in forms.

Hi All,

I want to know one thing. I had applied for UK Tier 1 Visa, which got rejected. This information i have not mentioned for fsw.
Please tell me if i should inform CIC about this or its not required.

Thanks

Hi Shammi20,

Its upto you. I do have same situation. Even I had applied US for student visa on 2008.
But I haven't informed NDVO and right now I am waiting for PPR.
Even I am in dilemma whether to inform or not as my consultant and seniors said no need to..
Cheers

Hi Friends !!!

I wanted to share this news in reply to my own 3 month old Message which threw me out of this PR Game.

Friends, I am so happy to share with you that with I am now BACK IN BUSINESS. My wife's test results have come and as expected, they are all clear. Moreover, today THIRD LINE is also added on ECAS i.e., "Medical results have been received.". It has been a loooong wait, but as they say, Better Late Than Never.

Thanks Again Guys for all the best wishes which you conveyed in response to my previous message.

Now Dil Maange More....Hope to get PPR soon :) :) :) :) :)

BEST WISHES TO ALL OF YOU !!!

Bad News Guys :(

Got a letter(hardcopy) from NDVO today tht my wife needs to undergo some extra medical tests...

Got a call frm Hospital too, the call dropped in between so cud not hear much...but, that guy has asked me to take my wife to same hospital where we underwent the initial tests last week...i think he was also hinting tht her x-ray has shown some signs of TB and she required to undergo some sputum tests (very strange though...she has never had TB nor she has any signs of it....rather she is healthier than me....anyways...naturally we are quite shocked !!)....I have done some r&d and found similar cases on this forum.....they might ask her to Undergo SPUTUM test for 3 consecutive days and then she might have to submit another X-Ray after minimum 3 months from the day her first x-ray was taken(i.e.,14nov)....Finally, if Sputum Test & X-Ray are fine..her medical will go thru...and if not, then she might be asked to take medication for 3-6 months :-(

So, fact is tht after cruising thru all stages till now.....Suddenly today my whole PR process is delayed by 4 to 8 months :(

Feeling bad for my wife, she is feeling guilty conscious and blaming herself for this delay...inspite of me telling her repeatedly to chill out...I think, In life whatever happens, happens for good and it happens for a certain reason.

Lets See What Tomorrow Brings

Brother...

Last 2 days tsunami of PPR/DM has broken all the assumption of PPR/DM being issued on MR rcvd, MR sent, 3rd line update etc....

NDVO has been random in issuing PPRs.

So...chill and don't worry. Relax and have proper sleep.

Cuz after landing, u wll hv to face many sleepless nights ;D ;D ;D ;D :P :P
