Why DM/PPR's from NoC 2174 are so less???

Its the hottest NOC and the first one to reach the cap limit.. but the slowest in giving DM's and PPR's

`18 today + `16 yesterday = 34 total in two days..!

Considering 10-15% presence of the total applicants in this forum...actual no. should be more than 300 Nos. in two days from NDVO..!!!
