Thanks Future_canadian.
My ques is slightly different.
I want to understand what happens if one does not complete 730 days in the 5 years ? You then risk losing your PR
eg: I go for 1 months then come back and go after 4 yrs that way I would have stayed for only
30+356 within 5 yrs period of getting PR, in such cases do they extend the PR ? You will have to then apply for PR extension and Immigration officer will decide if PR extension should be granted or not.

Regards
Arjun

I believe it is possible to appeal to argue why you should be able to maintain PR. But under normal circumstances, in your scenario you would lose PR.

Someone with update from Bucharest???
What's happening with them, are they lazy or sleep or finish previous documents, year, I don't know what should I think already...

Thanks rohit77! +1 credited to your account!

Congrats on your PPR, just want to know one thing that your MR date is 23rd Dec, what date they have given to submit the docs and after how many days you have recd the PPR. Just curious to know as my third line is already updated and the date they gave me was 25th March to submit all the docs.. will they take action only after 25th March or it can happen before hand as well. Mine is also NDVO and 2173

Is there any possibility of rejected after PPR ? I got MR+RPRF+PPR all together. Application reached on 30th January.

There is always a chance of rejection until you are successfully landed and are allowed entry in Canada. But chances reduces when you step on another stage of PR. Higher the stage, less chances of rejection.

P.S.: Time to become Optimistic. ;)
