Dear friend,
There are applicanTs here who have received PER 2months ago and are still waiting for confirmation from their local VO that they have received the application.
I suggest wait for a while to hear from your local VO and not read too much between the lines.
NOC has got nothing to do with processing time. Every application is unique and it all depends on your case officer.
I suggest you drop an email to cic sydney inquiring where and tentatively when will you hear drom your local vo and who will your local vo be and just wait for your next step that is aor or mr request.
Each application will take its own sweet time and nothing can be done to speed things up.

GUYS I GOT THE PPR REQUEST FROM NDVO TODAY MORNING.
BUT MY ECAS STATUS IS STILL IN PROCESS NOT DECISION MADE.

YESTERDAY IN FRUSTRATION I RAISED THE CSE AND TODAY MORNING I GOT THE PPR REQUEST.
