CIC stopped accepting new FSWP applications after 31st Dec 2014. However, it'll process all apps received on or before 31st Dec 2014 in accordance with ministerial instructions. ie. each app will be given a fair chances, it'll be returned only if CAP gets full or if the app doesn't meet required selection factors and / NOC job description.
