hello seniors

Need urgent help. i sent out documents requested by NDVO from canada to india via canada post registered mail on february 9th. It had police check from fbi and India documents.

the tracker seems to show item has left canada but doesnt show anything beyond that. I am just worried if the mail has been lost or somehting?

what do i do? It had original documents from FBI and India pcc. should i email to ndvo with attachment? or can i send a copy of the document in another mail?

Has anybody ever used registered mail option via Canada post? help please

I am also june applicant and got my medicals in December last week.... after no third line update for more than a month, i sent a CSE to my VO....after five days, i got the third line......
So my advice to you is to raise CSE to your VO.....

Thanks VJ...i am NOT able to track using India post as of. it says package doesnt exist. but when i see the link provided by 24 the IPS web tracking link it shows me update that package has been delivered to india and with DIMC NEW DELHI 110002 in Chanakyapuri. i hope the package gets delivered soon.

I will try one more time tomorrow to see if the package gets delivered or no and whether i am able to track with india post

Question please. How long will it take for a passport request? Im done with all medicals and PCC and 3rd line was updated 2 weeks ago to " medicals have been received" Im a bit worried since my work permit is expiring May 2015. Thank you so much Guys!

NOTE | FYI

Validity of PR visa is of 1 year, starting from the date of Medical Test conducted.
General terms validity is of 1 year from Medical test till its one year OR Passport expiry date of any of family member (accompanying) including Principal Applicant.
Which ever is less, the Visa validity will be considered for all the members.

This Visa will be single entry, but Main part is to get the PR card once landed there.
PR card is all which matters, for further status of any applicant/members till they get citizenship else if had to renew PR card.

Visa issue date is the Date VO has decided to issue the VISA, and that date is place on VISA stamp i.e. date before DM status got updated.

Hello All: Need Urgent help pls..

*****I am reposting this incase anyone has any idea about it.*****

At the time of filing, I had mentioned my 2 dependents (Spouse & child) as"Non-Accompanying" - selected that option in the Generic Application form & only paid $550 initially, however now I need to make them as "Accompanying Dependents. We have already completed Medicals for all 3 of us and have had the 3rd line updated as well. For now, FBI PCC is the only piece pending which will take another couple of months.

I read it somewhere that if the application is before "Decision Made" stage, Dependents can be added, not sure if I can make them accompanying at this stage. If Yes, can someone pls guide me in the right direction and the steps involved as part of it. Thanks!
