I don't know what it means but may be your application failed to get 67 points or verification creates issue.. Hope for the best and pray to god...

Many applicants are waiting for their 2nd line updated . Don't Worry . Hang in there.

Hi vish.777, While I appreciate your concerns and thank you for your interesting analysis in predicting MR,PPR and keeping the momentum going in the forum.

My understanding is you need have minimum of 20 posts before you can have a detailed profile info. However I understand most of us (Newbies) have updated SS under the same user name.

When seniors are helping with the correct solutions and for me I don't want to share any wrong info, as any wrong move can result in crashing someone's dream.

Being said that, most of the questions are repeated without being searched in this forum. This forum is like a FSW Immigration bible. Every possible questions are already answered.

Let's not generalise and blame the Newbies.

Thank you seniors for keeping this forum active with useful info and helping us.

I am aware of the minimum posts to update, but was only requesting people who can update but don't though they gather information that is helping in many ways.

Many queries are answered just by looking at our timelines, so I requested to update, sorry I did not mention people with over 20 posts

Actually i did not mention it intentionally because its a personal choice and nobody here is obliged to do so but just a fair thing to help others while you are seeking help isn't it?

Hi all, i've just sent my wife's documents as requested by the local VO to add her in the current application. Can it delay the processing of my application? I am currently waiting for secone line update as all the August applicants are getting one. Do i need to worry?

I am a 2011 applicant. Got Medical Request in November 2014 and just got my Visa this month to Gods glory. However, I have a situation at hand. My Nigerian passport will expire in November and my visa will also expire in the same month. I am planning on travelling in September. Based on your wealth of experience in this house, can someone advise if anyone has had that kind of experience before? Is it still possible for me to renew the passport before travelling in September now that the Visa has been issued on the almost expiring passport?

Please help.

Experts please correct me if am wrong.

I am sure the Nigerian Embassy or High commission in Canada can renew passports for you. So if you plan to move in September, go ahead, register your landing so that your passport with visa is good to let you enter Canada, then go to the embassy and get your passport renewed there.

Hi Chris,

I am sure that for the one time visa you have, you need the same passport to complete that travel.
Bets option here would be that you prepone and travel a tab bit earlier and apply for PR card.
Simultaneously reach out to you embassey in Canada and get your passport renewed.

Surprising to note that there are no DM/PPR's today! Sincere request to all those who are silent observers and those who have got the VISA stamped to update the Spreadsheet! Thanks to those who have already updated the sheet! If you are busy for some reason or don't have access, please seek help from admin to update the sheet on your behalf. The statistics will be helpful to those who are in waiting line. Considering that this forum represents only a part of total applications, so NDVO may still be issuing updates but then it is just an assumption!

Guys Need your inputs:

1) Indian Resident
2) Work in India
3) My organisation sent me Dubai for some office work
4) Tourist/Single - Short - Visa was from 11th Jan to 11 March (landed Dubai on 15th Jan).
5) Today my office ppl sent me to Oman (Muscut) from Dubai via Bus.
6) At the border control while exiting UAE, office told me that i OVER STAYED BY 3 DAYS.
7) They informed me that visa is only for 1 month regardless.
8 ) I was shocked. They told me that you need to pay fine Dirham 540. Which i paid and got the exit and permitted in Oman.
9) Penalty which i paid was a) Entry Permits Expiry Penalty Humanitarian Case (320 Dir). b)Leave permits Issuance Application (Dir220)
10) I spoke to my admin team and they have messed it up and also my companies Travel agent.
11) I got my PER this month and I am worried that this event may cause prob in getting Canada PR.
12) You recommend to notify CIC or NDVO.(my vo is not been notified yet)
13) HELP
