I have a query here ... i did medicals in one of the emedical enabled hospitals ... i called and enquired they say file is cleared and uploaded to embassy.. what exactly it means .. they also said blood, urine and chest xray are all normal .... so is it fine ... or visa office may ask for more details since there was a medical history in my case which doctor made a note of .. since all reports are fine and they say file is cleared is it all fine.. serniors and everyone please suggest :-X :-X

I am late May applicant and my VO is CPC-Ottawa. I was in US when i submitted the application and am currently in India. By Gods grace if i get my PPR can you please help with the options i have to get stamped.

1) How can i send the PP's to Canada
2) Should i send to someone in US and they can send it to Canada and get back, currently i dont know many in US and Canada, so this can be my very last option
3) Can i send a mail to CPC requesting to stamp at NDVO, if i send the mail how long it may take for them to respond and complete the process. Does this also mean that they will transfer my application to NDVO.
4) Please let me me know if someone was in the same situation earlier and had it resolved

I have posted this question in Ottawa thread also, but i was asked to submit in this main thread also, please advice

Hey, as long as you medical history does not have any re-occurance possibility, I don't think VO will care much.
They interest lies in your present medical fitness.
So, I don't see that as a problem.

App recieved on Oct 10th 2014 and DD encashed on Dec 24th, applied on 2172, :'( but after dd encashed not update till date , No PER yet.. Have a question here even for NER also they deduct the money?

Do you have UCI ? Whats your ECAS status ?
I have also not received PER yet I am 3rd Nov applicant DD en-cashed on 10th Jan NOC 2172

I am new here. My documents received to CIC on December, 18th. my money has not been encashed yet (CC). as I see the Global spreadsheet i find that new encashments are for people waiting for 55, 56 days or less. I have been waiting for encashment for 58 days by now.
what do you think about my application? you think it is delayed or rejected? you think the overall cap is getting filled and they are trying to select the best people among all? I think they do not oblige themselves to fill the exact 25000 people for the overall cap considering the Express Entry system. I want your ideas and advice on this matter. what do you think is going on because there are some people waiting for for example 55 days and suddenly one is encashed but the others are left unencashed. what is going on guys, does anybody know? what is going to happen to the others whose money has not been encashed yet?

I whole heartedly wish my phone observation come true in everybody's case and also wish that nobody breaks this barrier and keep the rest of us guessing the maximum timescale again

14 days is too long bro, I have a feeling atleast on the 9th day after receiving your docs they'll come up with a good news (PPR)

Hey, While the experiences folks respond, I am posting my comms basis my take on what the formats have posted in the past.

1) How can i send the PP's to Canada Usually, through a friend with authorisation letter is what others do, however it's never advisable to send PP outside your place of stay and chances loom of it getting confiscated

Does this also mean that they will transfer my application to NDVO. Raising a CSE is the way out. Usually, you should do it post MR. In some cases, forumites have reported that they never got a reply but once PPR was received, the changes in VO for stamping were there

I need some advice regarding CIC email requesting me to explain how did I accumulate my proof of funds.

This is the letter from CIC.

Dear **************

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subparagraph 76(1)(b)(i) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states that;

“the skilled worker must... have in the form of transferable and available funds,

unencumbered by debts or other obligations, an amount equal to half the minimum necessary

income applicable in respect of the group of persons consisting of the skilled worker and their

family members.”

A family of 1 must have at least CAD $11,824 in settlement funds. The words “settlement funds” refer to

readily available money needed to cover the general cost of living in Canada during the search for

employment. It excludes any financial obligation which may be met in the Philippines before departure

and transportation costs to Canada.

You declared that you had PHP 533,000 in settlement funds. As proof, you provided a certificate from the

United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) dated July 18, 2014. However, you did not provide an explanation

for the source of and history of accumulation of these funds.

The documents on file are insufficient to establish that you meet the requirements described in Section 76

of the Regulations as stated above. Before a decision is made on whether you meet the requirements, you

may respond with new information within thirty (30) days to support that you have at CAD $11,824 to

take to Canada. Please ensure that you include a written explanation supported by verifiable

documents pertaining to the source of your funds as well as its history of accumulation (ie. Bank

passbook, bank statements, etc).

Last date for FSW was 31st Dec 2014. As long you had you application received before that, you are in the program for the assessment.
It is not new that there is randomness in how CIC charges.
As long as you file was in order, nothing to worry about.
