CONGOS to all GOOD NEWS RECIPIENTS

From my observation of the NDVO, they do not work on a 'Visa Issued' case for more than 289 days (9.5 months) for some reason, it looks like a target day since application filed.

Whereas one applicant cruiser06 got his visa issued on 202th day (6.6 months) since applied.

so if any NDVO applicants are worried about waiting long, check if its been 289 days since you applied, and raise your bar to wait until the 289th day, if this number has crossed probably then you should raise your brows and apply for GCMS or CSEs I guess.

Anybody between 202 and 289 days should be close enough so be PATIENT :)

Am not even half way through according to this and I am transferred to Warsaw VO so will get some info on them soon ::)

Pheeew..

Finally I have received the Medical & RPRF Request from NDVO yesterday.

I am a 09th June Applicant
PER Mail: 04th Oct'14
Interviewed on 2nd Feb'15
MR: 13th Feb'15.

Now few things I wanted to confirm:
1. At the time of interview, VO asked me for PCC, I gave her original copy of PCC duly signed by Add. Dy. Commissioner of Police(it was not from Regional Passport Office as mentioned in CIC requirements). Do I need to apply for PCC again and get it stamped on my passport like Regional Passport Office do?

2. While making the RPR Fee how to confirm the amount in INR as Demand Draft made by bank will be in INR only. How to ensure it is of 980 CAD only, as dollar rate fluctuates.

3. If I make online payment through Credit Card, what options do I need to select as while performing this activity it asks about category which does not show FSW rather Express Entry / Not Express Entry.

4. What is e-medical? Should I be concerned with it, or it is for my panel physician? I am planning to get it done next week.

5. Has anybody attended CIIP sessions? How is it? Does it give the session as per our convenience? Or they have some fixed schedule?

Reply to all these will be helpful.

Here's wishing Happy Valentines Day to the one common love of our lives - CANADA! :D

Happy Valentines day to all...

Seniors and fellow mates,

I applied for FSW thru a leading immigration lawyer from Canada. Now my application has been rejected quoting that my work experience is not relevant for the NOC that I applied and it does not cover all of the main responsibilities. I had my work experience reviewed by my lawyer before submission. Now that it is rejected, my lawyer is saying that it a mistake from the Officer who reviewed it and is wanting me to proceed further and get the GCMS notes along with court filing (for $500+) and also after getting the notes if there is a strong case that the officer has gone wrong, he is wanting me to file a lawsuit in federal court. Has anyone come across a similar situation.

My question is in-spite of my being rejected, can I order GCAMS notes to see where I went wrong. Can I order this directly rather than going through the law firm. Is this possible. I don't have any application or UCI number and hence I would like to hear from anyone who might come across a similar situation.

Commissioner of Police(it was not from Regional Passport Office as mentioned in CIC requirements). Do I need to apply for PCC again and get it stamped on my passport like Regional Passport Office do?No need to again send the PCC along with the Medical, as you have already submitted during interview. And i think mail did not ask to submit again.

2. While making the RPR Fee how to confirm the amount in INR as Demand Draft made by bank will be in INR only. How to ensure it is of 980 CAD only, as dollar rate fluctuates. In the bottom of mail, i think they have provided the link of "FEE SCHEDULE:". If not than link is http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng . Do check the fee and make a DD in INR. It does not depended on doller rate, its a fixed amount.

3. If I make online payment through Credit Card, what options do I need to select as while performing this activity it asks about category which does not show FSW rather Express Entry / Not Express Entry. In this case also link has provided in your mail, if not than link is http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/result.asp?lob=proc&cat=perm . Select on Right of Permanent Resident Fee and do the payment according to your family size.

4. What is e-medical? Should I be concerned with it, or it is for my panel physician? I am planning to get it done next week. Some hospital has e-medical facility, in this case hospital has the facility to direct upload the medical to CIC. Ask your hospital whether they have this facility or not.

5. Has anybody attended CIIP sessions? How is it? Does it give the session as per our convenience? Or they have some fixed schedule? They have fixed schedule, we have to register it for attending this course.i didnt attend it, but i know its a very useful.

Hello guys,

Good day everyone.

I need some advice regarding CIC email requesting me to explain how did I accumulate my proof of funds.

This is the letter from CIC.

Dear **************

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subparagraph 76(1)(b)(i) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states that;

“the skilled worker must... have in the form of transferable and available funds,

unencumbered by debts or other obligations, an amount equal to half the minimum necessary

income applicable in respect of the group of persons consisting of the skilled worker and their

family members.”

A family of 1 must have at least CAD $11,824 in settlement funds. The words “settlement funds” refer to

readily available money needed to cover the general cost of living in Canada during the search for

employment. It excludes any financial obligation which may be met in the Philippines before departure

and transportation costs to Canada.

You declared that you had PHP 533,000 in settlement funds. As proof, you provided a certificate from the

United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) dated July 18, 2014. However, you did not provide an explanation

for the source of and history of accumulation of these funds.

The documents on file are insufficient to establish that you meet the requirements described in Section 76

of the Regulations as stated above. Before a decision is made on whether you meet the requirements, you

may respond with new information within thirty (30) days to support that you have at CAD $11,824 to

take to Canada. Please ensure that you include a written explanation supported by verifiable

documents pertaining to the source of your funds as well as its history of accumulation (ie. Bank

passbook, bank statements, etc).

BTW did your wife sent a letter of withdrawal signed by her attached with that email ? You might not need it but just asking.

I also have asked CPC-O to withdraw my other application, and on very next day in reply they asked me to provide them with withdrawal letter signed by PA.

Nope Goku bro....She has just emailed with their earlier communication.....And then they have replied that they are going to start the process of withdrawal....
