hi Guys

Quick question if the dependant has changed companies 3 to 4 times how much of impact would it have on the processing.
Reason am asking is wife who is the primary applicant joined her 1st job on August 2010 right after college worked there till sept 2012. She quit this company and joined her existing company April 2013 we have given all reasons for the gaps in employment.
She is the primary applicant
In my case the dependant I don't have gaps between my companies but I changed 4 companies in the past 11 years and all relieving letters have been attached.
Question is whether this is delaying.the second line/MR

Yesterday I done my e-medical in Apollo Hospital Ludhiana.

Please help me out...

We had applied in oct 2014 for NOC 1113 and our application package was return on 11 feb 2015 as incomplete package....

Due to birth affidavit not proper...

So can we resend our application to CIC under same FSW 2014 NOC 1113...

Now will they accept our application or not???

Please help us out...

Its urgent

Hi Priya,

if you have already recieved the Medical Letter from NDVo, so you can simply go the following Link to check the Panel Physicians :-

http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

In this, you can check for New Delhi Doctors who do Canada Medical for Immigration

Rest you can check the Medical Instructions before to make the appointment :-

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

Hope this helps...

Hello guys,

Good day everyone.

I need some advice regarding CIC email requesting me to explain how did I accumulate my proof of funds.

This is the letter from CIC.

Dear **************

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subparagraph 76(1)(b)(i) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states that;

“the skilled worker must... have in the form of transferable and available funds,

unencumbered by debts or other obligations, an amount equal to half the minimum necessary

income applicable in respect of the group of persons consisting of the skilled worker and their

family members.”

A family of 1 must have at least CAD $11,824 in settlement funds. The words “settlement funds” refer to

readily available money needed to cover the general cost of living in Canada during the search for

employment. It excludes any financial obligation which may be met in the Philippines before departure

and transportation costs to Canada.

You declared that you had PHP 533,000 in settlement funds. As proof, you provided a certificate from the

United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) dated July 18, 2014. However, you did not provide an explanation

for the source of and history of accumulation of these funds.

The documents on file are insufficient to establish that you meet the requirements described in Section 76

of the Regulations as stated above. Before a decision is made on whether you meet the requirements, you

may respond with new information within thirty (30) days to support that you have at CAD $11,824 to

take to Canada. Please ensure that you include a written explanation supported by verifiable

documents pertaining to the source of your funds as well as its history of accumulation (ie. Bank

passbook, bank statements, etc).
