Dear Seniors:
i have a question,
My App received at Nov 24< CC charged at 19th Jan, No PER yet, I got the UCI from CIC and it shows in Process.
What does this means ?
And what is done between CC charging and PER ?
they communicate the company or they just match the JD with the NOC ?
I think a senior officer is reviewing your file to see if you have the required points. I'm also in the situation as you.

They will check ur eligibility as per MI and award u points, authenticity of all supporting docs like IELTS, POF, etc. match ur JD with NOC requirements. If u qualify u get PER. Else NER

Local VO rep or their agency will talk to ur employer once u get PER and the file is transferred to them

PPR!!!

After waiting 3 months for my 3rd line (MR received) and another 2 months...finally received PPR request yesterday at 10.30PM EST! Can't believe the guys were working so late in the night. Am super thrilled and would just like to tell everyone to hang in there!

Just mailed my passport via. Canada Post. Will go through landing and post about my experience as soon as passport comes back with the coveted maple leaf.

Nobody knows what exactly they do between charging app and PER. However, best guess is that they do official evaluation of your app.
At PER stage they just match JD with NOC. After PER, once your app reaches VO, they could contact your employer.

Be patient, you should hear good news soon. Good luck.

Hello all,
This is my first post ever...
Similar to most of you, I am also a FSW 2014 application, whose case was recently transferred to Warsaw VO, instead of NDVO. My details are:
App date: 25-September-2014
PER date: 08-Jan-2015
AOR (from Warsaw): 03-Feb-2015
NOC: 2281

I will update the SS shortly with my details.

Can I please request all applicants who have been transferred to WVO to update their VO in the SS? Some have already updated, while some have not and it still shows as NDVO. Making this update will help us with better tracking progress through the WVO...we can filter/sort for WVO and get a larger data set...

Thanks very much in advance and keep up the good work.

Dear Forum members,
I'm so happy to share with you the good news that I received my PPR a while ago. I hadn't imagined it could happen so soon after submission of additional docs (Updated Info Chart, PP biopages, and RPRF receipt) via email this Wednesday, which were requested by the London Visa Office on Tuesday.

Best wishes to all currently waiting at different stages of the PR process. I'll update the SS shortly...

congrats!

Dear Seniors,

I have received one email yesterday mentioning that-

I am not satisfied that you meet all three parts of these requirements. You have provided insufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have performed the action described in the lead statement, and a substantial number of the main duties, of the occupation as set out in NOC 0111 Other Financial Managers.
If you have any additional information to add to your application you should forward this to our office within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter.

I have checked my JDs by myself and several others, that indicated I JDs goes with 0111. What can I do now? Does this mean that my journey ends here? Any ideas /suggestions?

You have 30 days to submit additional information. Take advantage of it!

Consult other 0111 people with the text of your JD letter(s) to see how many boxes you can tick. Remember to pay attention to the lead statement (introductory paragraph) as those count as JDs for FSW purposes too. You need to meet a "substantial" number of the JDs and most or all of the lead statement. Be hard on yourself and ask others to be hard on you. Assess honestly where the deficiencies are and try to get an additional letter "giving further information" from the same person who wrote your original letter. Don't contradict anything that you've already said, just expand upon it and make it perfectly clear that you fit. If there are any sort of supporting documents that show you performed those duties you should include those too--maybe some records of projects you worked on, copies of instructions you received from superiors showing your duties, something like that. Don't bother with pay slips or tax returns because they don't seem to doubt that you were employed, they only doubt that the job duties matched.

If you don't provide any additional information you'll likely be rejected. So do what you can. Good luck.

It's a PER! :D

- I can confirm that our files are not assessed based on job title because my job title is not even in the list of example titles provided in the hrsdc website. They are basing it on the main duties and lead statement.
- my Job description only contains 6 bullet points but very detailed info in each description.

Congrats to those who receive good news! Happy Love-ntines! ;D

congrats
