An applicant reported that SGVO rejected his application stating that he/she got insufficient points.

(he was below 30 yrs when he applied, but VO gave him only 10 points for age. But he should get 12)

To me it looks like an amateur at SGVO made a terrible mistake.

Far as I know, the applicant is entitled to challenge vo decision.

Seniors please help him by telling him what to do.

I guess they work on Saturday also...

No jubin they don't. Check their hours of operation here - http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/offices-bureaux/new_delhi.aspx?lang=eng#hours

Any updates observed over weekends are usually through some background scheduled program.

Cheers!

Hello Guys,

It's been awhile that I am a silent observer and reader in this forum, but I really thank God for this wonderful forum as well as each of you who's giving their time to contribute their knowledge to help others. This forum helped me have the patience to wait as while I read through I know I am not alone in this battle of waiting, so finally I decided to jump in and pay back by sharing my contribution to others who are in the same boat of finally reaching our dream destination.

Can anyone share how to update my timeline on the left.

Below are my details if you can plug in also in the SS:
VO: London
Date Filed: 05Jun2014
PER: 02Oct2014
2nd Line update: 09Feb2015 (sent CSE to London office on 2nd-Feb, recd reply on 03rd-Feb, and exactly a week after received my 2nd Line update)
MR mail: 09Feb2015
MR forms: Waiting

NDVO has asked me to re-submit SCHEDULE A form. What Option should I pursue to send it:

1. Update Schedule A and submit an unsigned PDF as attachment via CSE ?
2. Update Schedule A, take a print, date and sign it, get it scanned and submit the scanned+signed and original unsigned PDF as attachment to CSE ?

Option 2 sounds favorable to me but I would still like to seek experts' opinion.

Is there another way to submit documents to NDVO apart from CSE ?

Please help

Hello to all, I am new here. A family friend had told me about this forum & I think it would be better to link with you all for my future conversation with VO.

1st of all, I want to tell about me. I am applicant of NOC 1111, FSWP 2014. My application was reached on 26th Dec, 2014 at CIO Sydney, NS. And, I am much glad to tell, last night had received PER e mail from CIO, which stated that VO would contact me for further proceeding on my application.

I am much surprised, because I was not expecting this PER e mail much early. Hence, a friend of me had applied in OCT, 2014 but, he did not even charged yet. My that friend had called to CIC agent & asked how he did not charged & I received PER. Agent stated, there was a temporary pause after mid OCt applicants but now they had started from 30 DEC to backwards OCT. Because, first come first serve basis has been ended from 1 January, 2014. And CIC would chose best applicants either cap would reached or not up to reaching MID OCT from DEC30.

It is really much surprising for me. But, anyhow I am so much happy to get PER. Could anyone please guide me, when should I be getting MR request by VO?

Regards

anyone help me how much time to get UK PCC?

i have applied to ACPO Criminal Records Office, am i on right track.....?

Yes you are right, you have to apply the clearance from ACPO CRO, UK along with the Demand Draft (cheque the revised fees on website) along with the copy of your UK visa & passport.

Hi friends,

I am a bit worried on what to expect now.

Please guide me with your valuable suggestions.

I got MR RPRF PCC and PP bio page request on 4 Th Feb. Done my MR on 9th Feb and sent MR receipt RPRF (which I paid online) receipt, PCC and pp bio page on 11th Feb. What should I expect now and how long will be the waiting period.

Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

In my opinion,
Point 2, after you have couriered the docs physically also to NDVO.
On your envelope, mention the courier tacking number. And on the envelope, Subscribe your UCI & File number.

Hello recruitskm

No RPRF is payable for dependants. However an application fees of CAD 150 or INR 8200 is payable for each applicant who is dependent and under 19.

Thanks RVP for clarity on the fees. Any idea on child's medical?

Hi,

NDVO asked me to send scan copies of PCC by email even though I had sent them originals.

Fortunately I had taken photographs of PCC before sending to NDVO at time of MR so I send them PCC Copy in email.
