I received an email from MYCIC ( express entry profile site) stating your profile has been updated

I thought it was a good news , With numerous thoughts in mind I logged into MYCIC account

I thought it might be an invitation for further processing of my application but what i found in my application that they have automatically reduced my total point because yesterday was my birthday and i become 1 more year older resulting in reduction of points .

Very funny and shocking .

Hello fellow applicants and friends,

this is just to let you know that today I have received a confirmation email from CPC-O that my medicals are received as response to my email (sent ~10 days back).

I am writing this because this info could be useful to those people who are waiting for 3rd line.

Make sure that you write IME numbers of the family members in the email.

zentury: Did you check with your clinic? I did meds on Jan8 and my doctor uploaded results on 21st. And I was worried about third line after 1 month and wrote to CIC. Also note that I came across one case, where CIC sent applicant an email saying that the office did not receive medicals, unless the applicant undergoes med exam immediately or provides proof to CIC that he has done medicals, a decision will be made with the available info.

On the other hand, not getting any communication from CIC is a good sign for u. Dont worry.... cheers

I got below reply from LVO after sending CSE ...

"Dear Applicant,

Please be advised that your application has been received at our office and is currently in queue to be reviewed by the Immigration Officer. We are unable to advise when this review will take place, however, please rest assured that we will contact you with instructions as soon as we are ready to further process your application. "

When should i expect MR ?? There is no second line update till now :'( :'(

Don't worry! It took them more than 2 months to update the 3rd line! But they did eventually, so be patient.

Hello guys!

I'm very please to share with you good news. Today i received PPR for my wife and me, this was the hardest waiting game.

Along with the passport, this documentation was requested:

- Prepaid Airway Bill (a prepaid airway envelope from an international courier service company such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Etc.) Please ensure that the courier company used has service available in Mexico.
- Confirmation of your current mailing address
- The complete address in which you intend to live in Canada

Now, could you please help me with this (I have to send this info in less than 15 days:

1. Wich company sells those prepaid airway envelopes, i called DHL & Fedex and do not have that service available.
2. I have absolutely no known people in Canada. What do you suggest to write in the adress section? Do you know any hostel-kind-of-thing in wich we can live while we get an apartment. What is this adress information used for? will they send documentation?
