NOC 2172 / MR done on 22nd Jan.
Line 3 status updated online. Now waiting for PPR.

I was asked for US PCC / RPRF / New Schedule A Form.

I have emailed these 3 things. But the question is regarding RPRF.

I paid RPRF online using my own credit card. And then print the same receipt it displayed.
Now I read someone telling another person to fill in the details in this receipt before sending it?

Can someone please clarify. Should I have filled in rest of the entries in the receipt manually? It did not mention anything, so I didnt.

Fields I left empty are:
Client DoB / Client ID / Address / Post Code / Phone.

Can someone please clarify. Am I screwed? And if yes, what do I need to do next.

Your name will be auto populated as you made payment using your card.
The address should be filled with your details along with UCI # and then you should send the hard copy of the same to NDVO.
I have seen some of the applicants have sent it online to the email, but i have sent hard copies to NDVO and third line updated in 3 days.

It is not compulsory to send that form. That is only a receipt.

I got PER email on Feb 10 morning. since then i tried checking status on ECAS but i keep getting that they are not able to recognize me .


I saw that there are other forum member who are facing the same problem.

Quest : Is this normal these days
Quest : How many days it will take to get ECAS activated for my application.

Inscribing at the back with UCI is a good to do think. However its not required by NDVO.

I have sent my docs Medical/PCC and RPRF Fees,But i have not mentioned my UCI or File no at the back of my DD...Will that be a concern.

I have mentioned my UCI no on the envelope and also have sent the "Required document letter" which has my UCI and File no.

I had received my PER on 29th OCT but nothing after that from NDVO.

What documents does one require to take a passport under 'tatkaal' scheme for a new born in India?
We have obtained the birth certificate.
As for adults, one definitely requires the Annexure F and Annexure I to process under the tatkaal catergory.
Has any one in the forum availed of the tatkaal passport for their newborn?

1. I have to send 2 photos. Since the requirement has changed, what should I write at the back of photos?

2. I have to send processing fee of $550. What should I write at the back side of bank draft?

2)no need...i haven't written anything.
Nust explain everything in cover letter..
Hope you have done with updated forms...

They will ask for marriage photographs and marriage questionnaire soon too...

To my knowledge, there is no instruction from NDVO which says that the UCI number has to be put at the back of DD. My take is that as long as we follow all instructions given there is no need to worry. You have to just send the pdf print asking for the docs....that shall serve as a good enough reference.

Your friend could end up with a rejection.
I am trying to be as critical about this as I can, I hope that as other forumites have suggested he get's his PER and then can make correction to his form.
However, the Travel Summplementary form (IMM5562E) asks that -

a) You enter all travels in the last 10 years or
b) If no travel's then select "did not travel".

If he hasnt done "a" he would have selected "b".
The officer could see this as wilful misrepresentation.

Hope all works out for your friend but I just wanted to bring the other possibility in this case.

I have an important inquiry and I need your advice. One of my friends who is not in this forum applied for FSWP-2014 and his fee was encashed few days ago. He traveled abroad 3 times for touristic purposes but he was thinking that he should not write them in "Travels Form" because all of them were less than 3 months.
I need your opinion if he should send an email to CIC asking them or he should wait until get his PER and then send this data to VISA office.
