I got it after Medicals.

Goku,
It looks from your records that if you get RPRF along with medicals then interview has to happen before MR. Did you get RPRF after interview and not along with MR..?

Hi Guysss

Finally after 4 months of long wait recieved PPR on 11th feb.
Thank u all for ur support & guidance. Best of Luck to everyone. :) :)
Have updated the spreadsheet :)

Hi Seniors,

Need your guidance.
I have completed the medicals and paid the rprf fees online.

But I used my brother's CC for paying the rprf. The rprf receipt shows his name and the rest of the fields I.e. client I'd, address and date of birth are blank. Please suggest do I need to fill them before sending the receipt and also who's detail should i fill in.
You May fill it in after printing it. Brothers Name should not be an issue. Make sure the cover letter mentioned the receipt

Also do I need to self attest the passport copies. - Do not attest the Photo copies
I have renewed my daughter s passport so do I need to send a cover letter. Please send them and mention it in the cover letter

Your guidance is highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Would it mean that interview is waived for all cases transferred to Warsaw. Or is there a possibility of an interview.

Interview is never out of question. If required they may transfer the file back to NDVO. Will add another 10 - 15 days to your timeline. Just my opinion

Is request for RPRF means we cleared all stages of application(criminality and security)?
thanks

No actually this RPRF request is after the start of those checks VO requests RPRF.

That's frustrating buddy, i understand.

Go ahead and apply for GCMS notes. You can also send a case specific enquiry.

What abt 2nd line update in ECAS?

Guys,
What documents does one require to take a passport under 'tatkaal' scheme for a new born in India?
We have obtained the birth certificate.
As for adults, one definitely requires the Annexure F and to process under the tatkaal catergory.
Has any one in the forum availed of the tatkaal passport for their newborn?

don't go for Tatkal one... i did for my daughter few months back with normal passport application & on 5th working day passport got delivered at my postal address.

this is because of for minors they dont go for police verification...

Documents i used,

Child birth certificate
both parents passport copy
light / telephone bill (Now & 1 year old)
May be Annexure H is also require, that you can fill right away there... :)

Hi guys,

A short info for Indians living abroad and looking for PCC.
I just took a walk to Indian consulate in Frankfurt and asked them the procedure.
Basic docs required are:
Original passport
Copy of passport front and last page.
Scan of Visa page plus any Visa card that you have.
Local address proof.
Indian address proof.

I asked if they retain the original passport.
They answered that they will issue PCC the same afternoon if they are happy with the documents.
Otherwise they will call in afternoon and offer to return original passport to you if PCC is going to take more days.

I will be submitting my docs tomorrow morning and will update once I have my PCC.
But it certainly appears far more easier to get a PCC from consulates than getting it from PSK or Police in India.

Cheers.

Chinkoo, +1 for stats. Interesting and gives us shadow of some prospect.
