Oh well then, don't sweat. People get their UCI in their PER e-mail. Some (very few) have got UCI by calling CIC.

Kindly update your timeline so that we can speculate better. BTW, have you been charged? your CC or DD? What is the status?

One of my friend with same application date, but different NOC, has received PER email, couple of days ago. But I have not received my PER yet, so littled worried.
