Hi Guys,

One of my friend applied under 0112 HR Manager Noc on 19th November. He got a confirmation for DD encashment from Bank but hasn't received any PER mail yet......Whereas another person of a different Noc but same application date received PER couple of days back. Can anybody suggest if PER is on the way or one can still be rejected if CIC has processed the payment. Generally, how long does it take to receive PER mail?

Recent PER's suggest that they may depend on certain NOC's. That is why same application dates different NOC's would apparently have different PER receipt dates.

After charging, there are still slim possibility of being unsuccessful. Will solely depend on your eligibility points.
67+ points = PER
66 below = NER

Hope for the best ;)

Hi Sarvesh K,

I was wondering about half an hour ago if someone went with their kid for photographs with CIC specifications and the kid didn't care at all about those specifications and now I read your concern. It is quite amusing, please do excuse me, I don't mean to be undermining your situation.

Well let's hope a senior answers this.

However I do feel that the VO won't be stuck up on this, since your little one isn't going to be a security threat (I hope the kid isn't too naughty, lol). I feel you don't have much to worry. If I were in your place, I would try another go at the photography (or better a child photography specialist) though.

Best of luck.

Do share with us, how it goes. It'll go good though :)

Hi Team,

I have a weird question to ask. Yesterday, I had gone to professional photographer to get the revised pictures as requested by LVO. this is for me, my wife and 1.3 year old kid.

The question is that I tried alot to make my kid sit straight and look at the camera but he didnt look straight at all. he was just looking here and there, when i finally gave up and checked his most suitable picture, I found that his eyes are not actually looking at the camera but slightly somewhere else.

I am really not sure if I can use the same picture or give one more attempt? We had tried to take atleast 30 pictures and in all pics either he looks at the light, the wires or at us

What do you think guys?

Regards,
Sarvesh

any june applicants left to receive MR after 2nd line update from NDVO

ey Guys,

Just a few questions which crossed my mind as this wait for 2nd line/MR continues.

1. If we receive a PER does that mean a GCMS is created?
2. What are the chances of CIC missing to transfer the file to NDVO, considering that they have huge volumes to process and they humans too.
3. Does processing start only after receipt of files psychically from CIC
4. What are the chances that a VO officer would miss looking at that file which came from CIC.

Sorry these may seem kiddish, but eagerly waiting for either a second line/MR

My Times lines are as follows:

App Received in CIC - Aug 15th
PER received - Dec 5th
NOC Code : 0112
Visa office : NDVO

Any insights guys

Hi Friends,Need your guidance.
I have completed the medicals and paid the rprf fees online.

But I used my brother's CC for paying the rprf. The rprf receipt shows his name and the rest of the fields I.e. client I'd, address and date of birth are blank. Please suggest do I need to fill them before sending the receipt and also who's detail should i fill in. Also do I need to self attest the passport copies.
I have renewed my daughter s passport so do I need to send a cover letter.

Your guidance is highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Print it. Fill in your information, and send it as an attachment.

For renewed PP, yes just attach the old copies of PP, New copies and cover letter.

Send RPRF receipt and additional documents in single email.

next is PER from CIC-CIO.. further is the AOR from your local VO.. Some VO's don't send AOR. Which VO are you from?

PER = Positive Eligibilty Review
AOR = Acknowledgement Of Receipt

Thanks Goku.

Regarding the file transfer, in some persons GCMS notes that files were physically transferred from CIC in Dec and was recd somewhere in Jan.

Thanks

This is not a major task...I did with my 2 months kid few years back... take a toy with light or sound and take it with you and just stand behind or very near to the cameraman so that kid can see the toy easily and ask camera man to put camera in burst mode so if click 10 pics continuously then at least one will be useful for printing...

I know how it feel but kids are kids... no control over them :)

Best of luck for your application...

Hi.

If u are planning to go for yet another round for your kid, just take his fav toy along and hold it just above the photographer while he attempts to take a pic.

I remember taking a pic for my girl when she was about 6 months or so for the passport and i held her sitting down next to her and holding my body away so that it wont come in the frame and my wife showing some gestures trying to attract her attention standing next the photographer... ;D ;D ;D

Hopes this helps..

All the best.
