Hi Guys

Wanted confirmation, has NDVO transferred some of its file to Poland VO?
I am asking this because I got a call from +48729xxxxxx early morning and I was asleep.
Traced the number it says POLAND.
I have completed my medicals in November and submitted my RPRF +PCC in november mid. and am May 27th applicant
Is it that NDVO has transferred the PPR's also to POLAND?

the back ground check is done before or after sending mr/rprf?
thanks in advance
have a good day

Background check is an ongoing process. Your file get reviewed by several officers ( DVO-->CBO-- PM) and any of them can request more details and suggest a background check.

For example a colleague of mine was sent for third party check during the last stage. She was a 2010 applicant and was about to get the visa signed in 2013 based on the gcms but unfortunately it went for a background check and currently waiting for the visa officer to review again.

in theory Getting Medical does not assure a visa guarantee. it assures visa guarantee only if all the details provided are 100% correct .

Do we really have to fill it and send? Is that not okay if we could send it unfilled along with med. docs via courier? Won't they map it with our file number? Please let me know where did u find information that RPRF receipt needs to be filled and sent? As I have just sent the blank one with med bills a month ago... May be I will have to email them this copy. Please let me know.. Thanks..

I would recommend fill and send but in reality it does not matter they would map. lets check with Dip for his suggestion?

Scan and send it email as well . I did that.

Option A is the only way as you wont be able to fill in data.

Goku, according to my experience it's not necessary to fill it at all. I mean, it won't hurt but it's not mandatory.

I just forwarded it without filling any detail. Result = RPRF marked as complete in three days (ad per GCMS notes).

Yes they have transferred files apparently but only those that reached CIO in October and later, I wouldnt think transferring files that have been processed all the way through your stage will be appropriate, it would rather create confusion amongst themselves.

Having said that, since VOs have been strange enough anything is possible. ???
