NOC 1113
SGVO
App sent by DHL from BD on 9th Nov , Received by NS on 17th NOV
CC - 12th Jan 2015
PER - 10th Feb 2015

Next steps - Not sure what's going to happen in next stages. please give me a summarise of next stages.

Issues:
My daughter born on 11th Nov just after 2days of app sent and while still with courier company.
I have not informed CIC about her yet due complexity of Passport etc, and previously been advised to apply application without further delay to join NOC cap.
Now, could you guys please give me some advice what course of action I need to take next? I just recently applied for birth certificate for my daughter. It may take a month due to current situation and then passport another month or so. Do you advice me to wait until my file get transfer to SGVO or shall I notify changes to CIC now or wait till I get passport ready first? If I make a CSE to CIC now how long I will have before they give me a reply?

since the receipt is already in .pdf... using adobe wen i fill it and save it as a completed form.. all i need to do is email the new completed .pdf format receipt. This only skips printout, manual filling and scanning.

Secondly do i need to submit any document / proof that i have been to medical. we completed medicals on 4th feb and doc said they will upload within a week

My ECAS status shows "In Process", but when click on the link, it says we received your application on November 10th . I received my PER on Feb 2nd.

What does the In Process mean ? According to their status description , "In Process" means that the visa office eligibility is complete and that the processing has begun.

Any Ideas ?

That is the date CIC received your application not PER date. In process, means PER has been confirmed or will be certainly sent to applicant.

Yes the date received was nov 10th , I already received my PER on Feb 2nd.

There will be a second line added in a month or so that specifies that processing of the application started at the local VO.

Is it mandatory to fill the details in the receipt. I paid online using my credit card and the receipt had only my name. I then sent the receipt to my consultant who emailed it to CIC (to the address mentioned in the RPRF email) with my application number in the subject of the email as a reply to the RPRF email received from the visa office.

Am a little confused by my GCMS notes received today. Under Canadian Education Credential it has NO and under Assessment of Foreign Education Credential it shows YES. Why would they do that? All my post secondary education has been here in Canada?

MP6920, I guess many November 2172 applicants received their PER, so can not understand are they following FIFO or randomly processing the application. anyways Lets hope for the best until we receive any message from CIC
