If you have a closed application but haven't yet landed, and you have a family member that was not included in your application and has no visa, you will LOSE your visas and you will have to completely start over under whatever immigration system is in place at that time (i.e. not FSW). Inform NDVO of the new baby immediately and then follow their instructions.
I am in complete sync with whatever the points you mentioned here however i am still waiting for NDVO instructions to include my new family member in my application after multiple intimations. I informed NDVO twice about the expected change in my family ;once in October (through CSE) and then at the time of MR in November 2014. Till today i never received any communication from NDVO as far as this new change is concerned. Also to clarify my doubt (just curious ): What if? parents got blessed with a child recently after their visas got stamped? Does that mean that their visas got cancelled and they have to file a fresh Application with thier baby under the present immigration system ? I am not sure how true this is ?
