some indications that NDVO has accelerated its speed. Probably they want to complete FSW2014 before EE files overwhelms them

One thing is for sure, I will share whatever NDVO replies to my Mail so that others in my situation can benefit. Hope they reply soon enough and I don't have to spend extra for flight tickets to travel back to india

also if you don't see DM at that stage its POSITIVE and later you should c, check your spam must be their... do u get to c date of receipt when u click on in-process?

No, you got it wrong.

PPR email says that if changes have or will occur in family composition, you are required to inform the VO immediately. This cancels the PPR and you have to wait until the admissability of spouse is reviewed, before they can issue a a visa for both.

If you receive a visa and don't add your spouse, your PR is invalidated.

Diplomatru - is it that PR becomes invalidated or technically he won't be able to sponsor his wife but he can keep his PR if he wants
