In addition Mr. Sharma, you need to provide a R&R letter if you are claiming the experience in the NOC that you have applied. Else its simply a matter of updating you forms to reflect this new job.

I personally have not come across any case in forum that suggested delay in processing due to additional information being furnished after receiving PER and before second line getting updated in the eCAS. There won't be any negative impact as long as you are honest and providing timely information to them.
