What do you mean by "who is on my passport ", every individual a 15 day new born also should have their own passport to travel in international borders

i meant my daughter who is 6 yrs doesnt have her own passport , so they asked me to issue one for her own

My Application was received on Nov 5th 2014 for NOC 2172 and my DD was claimed on Jan 13th. Still there is no update about PER .
Last time I called CIC Canada for UCI number they refused to share it. I don't know how some people managed to get it.

Anyone with same NOC around the same time waiting for their PER ?

NOC 0112... No PER yet... many have received PER in this last week of this NOC and timeline...

I don't know what could be the reason for the delay in my case...they r neither sending NER nor PER
can someone throw some light on this?...pls share...
