Yes I have provided the email in the form...,rikmalhotra said:you may want to write to CIC and figure out what is the issue? BTW, did you provide an email address in the IMM form?
It won't be a problem. In her CSE she can just say "I needed to come with my husband to Canada so I left my position in India." Don't worry and good luck.babucool39 said:My wife (from India) is primary applicant and received PER on Feb-2015
I came to Canada on Intra-Company Transfer (temp work permit).
Now my wife has open work permit (based on my company work permit as I am primary applicant to her) and currently she is in Canada.
She is planning to quit her job in India and she can inform thru Case specific query to NDVO.
Now my question is IF SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY JOB OFFER or SHE WANT TO TAKE A BREAK FOR FEW MONTHS, after receiving PER email will it impact further process?
Please advise
Translation is must if pcc is not in english /french...i m not sure, but general idea is to get english version from authorities or get it translated from notary in netherland itself or through translator in your country with affidavit.July3applicant said:Guys guys guys

We cannot know for sure exactly what sources of information they consult. However, Canada, the USA, the UK, Australia and New Zealand have a longstanding security and intelligence cooperation agreement: for a quick overview see this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UKUSA_Agreement and also cooperate on military and diplomacy issues.adisu01 said:I see a Information sharing treaty with Canada and US and you can see the same in GCMS reports.
Do we know anything similar to UK? Do we have any instance of getting a successful Canada Visa after a UK Visa rejection.
My UK Working holiday maker was refused 10 years ago because of a stupid consultant and the Visa office rejected the same stating they are not satisfied with my documents.
I have mentioned the same in my application . if you know / have any similar things please let me know
Thanks

Leaving or changing jobs doesn't negatively impact your application.khurramrizvi said:Yes This will have an impact on your case, because your circumstances changed as per your application filed at CIC and you should have to inform CIC regarding any change in your circumstances. So its up to you, wanna take risk or not because I can't tell you the out come of it. Honestly If I put my self in your shoes I would never or tried hard not to bring any change till the decision made.
Thank you for info Vishal. My application date is 10th Dec, by when should i expect PER?vishal shrestha said:1. 17 November. 2. centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca

Everyone would do well to assume that Canada knows everything about you that any of those countries knows.
That being said, if you have disclosed everything honestly on your application you have fulfilled your obligation and have put yourself in the best possible position.
Good luck!
Have u got charged? Currently applicants similar to your timelines are getting charged so if you've been charged then you can expect your PER within 15-20 days of that.Kalci said:Thank you for info Vishal. My application date is 10th Dec, by when should i expect PER?

Please anyone guide me.
Hi everyone!
1. Is there a problem if I, presently, am not working full time in the NOC that I applied under? I am working part time now but was employed for three years full time in the past five years in the same NOC.
2. I have been self employed (part time) in NOC 0121 and have been able to crack two deals for which I can get a letter and a transaction can be shown in my bank account. I have not mentioned this in my history because this happened after the submission of my application. Should I update NDVO myself or should i wait for a correspondence from them? My app is in the 2nd line stage.
Need not,,, if there is a query then u can show d proofs,, don't complicated ,, keep simple coz everything is genuine
Thanks
