Hi Arjun,

Schedule A is the background declaration form(IMM5669E).
PFB the link below of the one I had handy.

Basis your timelines, can you advise why have you been asked to re submit this form post your medicals?

I had requested for an extension for submitting the USA PCC on 29th Jan.
Just got a mail from NDVO saying that they have extended the deadline by 60 days.
In the same mail they have asked me to submit Schedule A, I think it is a standard process.
if I hadn't asked for extension then they wouldn't have.

Dear Seniors,

I have sent my passport to Hong Kong visa office on 25 Jan. The RPRF was paid online the same day.

Do you have any idea how long it takes for Hong Kong visa office to return my application?

I have a planned trip to New Zealand on 21 March. Do you think it a good idea to email visa office and let them return my passport before 21 March? Would it be of any help?

Thanks and best regards,
Sam

Hi Xavier

congrats on the new addition to the family.

you will need to send passport, birth certificate and some forms (later).

but currently, send them passport, birth certificate and ask them what other documents they need.

I think it should be CAD 150 fee for child, generic form, additional family forms.

good luck

Hi Guys,

I had applied under two NOC's 2173 and 2174. For 2174, 3rd line is updated (Medical done) and for 2173, 2nd line is updated. So my question is - When will VO ask me to withdraw one application?

CIC do NOT ask , you have to ask after second PER

If lucky you may get REFUND also , if inform as soon as you get second PER

Any PPR or MR today from NDVO ? I have not seen any.....

Congrats...

Inform them through CSE about the birth of baby....... upload the birth certificate along...
They will ask you to send the required documents of Baby along with fee... follow their instructions.....
If you have not applied for the baby's passport, do it immediately...
