I sent my Medicals on Nov 28th 2014 and 3rd line is updated on NOV 30
Nw I am getting married in this month, Should I inform NDVO abt. this or should I wait until I get visa and start processing for my wife.
Please help.!!!
Thank you
You are very strongly advised to report it now!!!....BGC Checks for ur spouse has to happen and it will take time, so u definitely cannot wait until u get the visa...
And if u r thinking of applying for ur wife from Canada after u get the Visa and land, here's the problem-
a. CIC might say misrepresentation-> since u got married before visa grant and u didn't inform them of the change in circumstance like u r supposed to (even the PER and MR mails mention it)
b. U have to apply for a TRV for ur wife, then after getting it (if), w8 for a few years, then sponsor her for PR from inland which is overall a very long process...
So don't w8 bro, raise a CSE..they will respond with a list of documents to be attached and sent for ur spouse....u can send them after ur marriage...And yes, it might cause a little delay in ur application processing but u save a lot of hassles later...
