Thanks a bunch,
Spread sheet!!?? where can i get it from?
whats PER and will it come through courier or email?
I had sent a demand draft

Best

Sorry, i was out of town and couldn't reply

Spread sheet is an excel sheet where all aspiring FSW 2014 applicants have volunteered their details and updating it with every decision so that everybody comes to know about the timeline of FSW programme progress. the first entry on first page of this canadavisa forum has the links to make entry and go watch the spreadsheet.

PER is Positive Eligibility Review sent by CIC to your email ID you have provided to them.. It tells that you are eligible for review of your application by your respective Visa Officers.

thanks

Friends happy to inform you that there was a 4th line update in ECAS... Status changed to Decision Made!!!!.....

App. Filed.......: 22-05-2014
AOR Received.: 11-09-2014
Med's Request: 13-10-2014
Med's Done....: 16-10-2014... E-CAS Update: 23-10-2014

Thanks for all!!!!

My doubt here is already I informed NDVO that my wife is pregnant and expecting to deliver the baby by Feb end but still the status has been changed to decision made..... Not sure what NDVO instructs in the mail.....

Will they ask to send the passport or will they ask to send the Child documents after birth?????

Any of you guys if you have come across this situation please help me with your inputs.......

Congrats and nothing to worry about.

When you receive PPR email, it will have a section where if mentions that "Not to submit PP if there is any change in your Civil status".

So at that time email them that you are expecting a baby.

Below is a portion of my PPR email, which I think answers question to your query:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Do not submit your passports at this time if:

You have married or divorced since our last correspondence
or
You have given birth to or adopted a child since our last correspondence
or
You intend to get married or divorced prior to your landing in Canada
or
If you will give birth or adopt a child prior to your landing in Canada
(if you are expecting a child and are able to land in Canada before the child is born, you should do so. Failure to land after visas are issued and before additional dependants are born will result in the need for a new application and a new fess for all family members.)

If the above conditions apply:

Your new spouse and/or children must be added to your application and undergo full processing procedures:

You should immediately send to this office:

! a copy of the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption certificate
or
! a letter advising when and where the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption is expected
! To take place.

Failure to follow these instructions:

If you fail to follow these instructions you will not be allowed to land in Canada with your family.
Your file is closed with the issuance of your visa and it cannot be reopened.
You will be required to submit a new application and pay new processing fees for all family members

Hope this helps.

Dear Seniors,
I have applied for FSWP-14 by myself NOC-1114 on 12 may 2014.

On 12 Nov-14 got a letter form VO where they asked me for clarification why my previous two experience were similar. I was replied on 25th Nov with a fresh experience letter from both organization.

Surprisingly I have got refusal letter yesterday , where they said I did false representation.

But I have provided all guanine exp letter ,which I got from my employer.

* Shall I apply for a judicial review.
* Or any other option for me.
Looking forward to hear from you.

At this point, seniors may not be able to help u....Contact a good immigration lawyer asap....Make a consultation and see what ur chances are....You can contact David Cohen (the owner of this forum as well) and see what he says->
